    Since your latest release v8.2.2

Logged in users (like Admin) can’t access site and all crashes!

    Here is the stacktrace:

Thanks, can you use Healthcheck to see if there’s a plugin conflict going on? Also, is this happening on every site in the instance?

So we didn’t get this exact error, but another user reported an issue with Multisite and we are working on that. We’ll update you when we have more information.

Hi everyone, sorry for the trouble. I replied in the other thread about this as well. We’re working on a fix but in the meantime we’ve found if you network deactivate Jetpack from the main site, the both of these errors are resolved whether Jetpack is connected or not.

@kzeni Are you still seeing this error with the plugin network deactivated? Not sure if that’s what you meant.

    Jetpack Mechanic 🚀

We’ve just released a new version of Jetpack to address this. Sorry again for all the troubles!

I am guessing my only option until a fix is implemented is to rename the jetpack plugin folder by FTP effectively disabling it?

I would recommend updating to that new version. If you are locked out of your site right now, you’ll indeed need to remove the old Jetpack plugin folder via FTP before to install the newest version of Jetpack.
