Keith Sea Harris[2] (born c. 1961[3]) is an American politician currently serving as a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives representing the 195th district since 2024.

Prior to being elected state representative, Harris worked with the Philadelphia Anti-Graffiti Network starting in 1984. He was also the 28th Ward leader for Philadelphia Democratic Party and the sergeant of arms for the Philadelphia City Council.[1] Harris was chosen by the Philadelphia Democratic Party in 2024 to fill the seat vacated by the resignation of Donna Bullock. He won the September 17 special election unopposed.[4]
