Maybe the filter was triggered because an IP address tried to make the edit? I just took the IP's contribution and replaced the target article with it, and it worked fine for me, the filter wasn't triggered, but then I'm an admin so maybe I get a pass on things like this? ~Anachronist (talk) 18:05, 2 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Anachronist: I can confirm that admins are exempt from almost every edit filter, because presumably an admin is not going to be engaged in problematic behaviors.
