Ravgen Inc., was founded by Dr. Ravinder Dhallan who is also Chairman and C.E.O. Dr. Dhallan earned his M.D. and Ph.D. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, MD, and his MBA from The Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvannia. Ravgen Inc. has developed a non-invasive prenatal diagnosis testing which was published in The Lancet (Lancet. 2007; 369:474-81)[1] as well as The Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA. 2004;291:1114-1119)[2]. These publications received world wide press in The London Times, Washington Post, CNN, and Fortune Small Business (Sept. 2007)[3].

Ravgen Diagnostics is a company founded in the fall of 2007 offering state of the art genetic testing based on their proprietary Ravgen method (Rapid Analysis of Variations in the Genome) which was developed by Ravgen.

To date coverage appears to be oriented towards reporting public relations news directly from Ravgen. No known documentary exists that specifically challenges the science behind Ravgen's methodologies.
