History[]
After the fall of Museum, EXE and Shiro began buying up Gaia Memories to become the new top Gaia Memory Distributors in Futo City. Shiro and his gang also took Yui Aoyama captive to acquire her Ocean Memory, which caught the attention of Shotaro Hidari after Yui's brother Akira reported her missing. Upon learning she had been seen with EXE, Shotaro and Ryu Terui went to confront Shiro and his EXE members, transforming into Kamen Rider Joker and Accel to face the EXE members as they became Dopants. Shiro was then arrested by Shotaro after the detective destroyed his Ocean Memory before he even got a chance to use it.
