The Neohi Magia is a HumaGear that was hacked and turned into a Magia and is the main antagonist of episode 3 in 2019 TV series called Kamen Rider Zero-One. He was originally a HumaGear named Scissormenz before the MetsubouJinrai.NET operative named Jin hacked him by placing a ZetsumeRiser on him.
History[]
Now before becoming a magia he was a HumaGear who'd just finished with his customers haircut and then he was ambushed/hacked by Jin by using the ZetsumeRiser and was forced to kill the humans after a while he used the ZetsumeRise Key to transform himself into Neohi Magia.
The first time he battle the Kamen Riders he used its tentacles to deflect the attacks and used a smokescreen to make an escape.
Second time around he was on the roofs building where he used this ability to hack every HumaGear transforming them into Trilobite Magia luckily for the humans Yua transformed herself into Kamen Rider Valkyrie where she holds the corrupted bots while Aruto transformed himself into Kamen Rider Zero-One, and during the fight Neohi Magia managed to trapped Zero-One with its tentacles, but unfortunately thanks to Izu who used the data to make another progrise key with an shark that allows Zero-One to transform himself from Rising Hopper to Biting Shark freeing himself and destroying Neohi Magia with another attack called Biting Impact.

- The Neohi Magia was the first squid-themed monster since the Ika-Jaguar Yummy from Kamen Rider OOO.
