Kazuki Karaiya is the main antagonist of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure spin-off manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Crazy Diamond's Demonic Heartbreak. A police officer in Morioh, he is a partial vampire responsible for the theft of Petsounds, sharing control of the parrot's Stand, along with an ability to manipulate Boingo's Thoth.

While Karaiya is not a real Stand User himself, he is able to control Petsounds' Stand by having it eat part of his earlobe, making them share a soul together. Furthermore, after managing to incapacitate Ryoko Kakyoin and Boingo, Karaiya was able to take control of Boingo's comic book-like Stand Tohth, allowing him to view predictions of the future.
