No one escapes Aggregor.
~ Aggregor's most famous quote.
Once I have all your powers combined, nothing can stop me from attaining the ultimate prize!
~ Aggregor to his prisoners.

Aggregor is the main antagonist of the first two seasons of Ben 10: Ultimate Alien.

He is a sadistic and ruthless Osmosian warlord who seeks five aliens from the Andromeda Galaxy in order to absorb their powers so he can obtain the Map of Infinity, allowing him to enter the Forge of Creation, where he can absorb the powers of a baby Celestialsapien, and use it to become omnipotent and conquer the universe.

He was voiced by John DiMaggio, who also played Dagon in the same series, Dr. Drakken in Kim Possible, Bender, Igner, and Joey Mousepad in Futurama, the Joker in Batman: Under the Red Hood, Nitro Zeus in Transformers: The Last Knight, Jekhide in Mia and the Migoo, Hannibal McFist in Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja, Lobo in Justice League: Action, Brother Blood in Teen Titans, Uka Uka in Crash Bandicoot, Arthur in Ralph Breaks the Internet, Joseph Walters in Tom and Jerry: The Fast and the Furry, and General Grievous in Star Wars: Clone Wars.

Appearance[]

Regular Appearances[]

Aggregor's appearance is similar to that of a human but with small flesh-colored horns on his head and red eyes ringed with black marks. Other than that, he has long black hair and he wears a brown knee-length, open-chested tunic, baggy jeans, and black calf-high boots.

Occasional Appearances[]

In a flashback in Escape From Aggregor, after absorbing the DNA of a Geochelone Aerios, Aggregor temporarily gained six holes on his torso, which he could open and close at will.

In Escape from Aggregor, Aggregor was seen wearing a Plumber Suit as a disguise.

Ultimate Aggregor[]

Ultimate Aggregor generally looks similar to the mutations Kevin Levin went through in his youth, an amalgamation of various characteristics from five powerful aliens that he hunted down from the Andromeda Galaxy.

Unlike Kevin's mutations, Ultimate Aggregor has a more refined and balanced appearance, as opposed to Kevin's random and mixed placement of alien body parts. This is due to a special machine he used, which allowed Aggregor's powers to have the full potency of his victims' energy.

Ultimate Aggregor had a mixed body incorporating Bivalvan's yellow hands and lower body, Galapagus's front torso, now a darker coloring, Andreas' unarmored back and arms, P'andor's faceplate covering his neck and seal on his chest, and a head resembling that of Ra'ad. In addition, he had Aggregor's horns (which became larger and blue), his eyes turned blood-red, and his height increased.

Biography[]

Ben 10: Ultimate Alien[]

Aggregor first appeared in the Ben 10: Ultimate Alien first episode "Fame". He first appeared after Ben defeated one of his captives, Bivalvin, and then captured him. He had five alien captives: Bivalvin, Galapagus, P'andor, Andreas and Ra'ad, and intended to absorb all of their powers. In the tenth episode of Ultimate Alien, he took his captives to Los Soledad to finally absorb their powers and succeeded (after ignoring the warning from Ben's former nemesis and current best friend, Kevin). The reason for absorbing his captives is to gain their powers (to become Ultimate Aggregor) in order to find four pieces of an artifact called the Map of Infinity in order to find a place known as the Forge of Creation.

He finds the first piece of the Map of Infinity in the episode with the same name in a temple full of traps on a planet that's half sun-like and half frozen. He finds the second piece of the map in the episode "Deep". He finds the second piece on an all-water planet. The third piece is found in "Where The Magic Happens", where he takes the piece from the warlord from Charmcaster's home dimension (also the warlord that Aggregor took the piece of the map from is the same race as one of his alien captors, Galapagus). The fourth and final piece of the map is found in a planetoid known as the Perplexahadron in the episode with the same name from its guardian known only as the Sentinel. He finally finds the Forge of Creation in the episode with the same name and his "Ultimate Prize" was revealed to be a newly born Celestialsapien. He fights off both 10 and 16-year-old Ben, Gwen and Kevin, then proceeds to absorb the newborn Celestialsapien. But as he was about to absorb ultimate power, he was stopped by a once again mutated Kevin, having absorbed the Ultimatrix from 16-year-old Ben to stop him (even though 10-year-old Ben offered him to absorb his Omnitrix) and then, after he had gotten Aggregor away from Alien X, Kevin gets the upper hand on him and then absorbs Aggregor's powers as well, reverting Aggregor back to his normal state, having him finally defeated and left him lying unconscious. After that, Aggregor's fate is left undetermined. It was later revealed in "Night of the Living Nightmare" that he is currently incarcerated.

Ben 10: Omniverse[]

Aggregor did not appear in the fourth series, but he was mentioned in a few episodes, some of which reveal that Proctor Servantis created him as a lab experiment using DNA from Kevin to recreate the latter's powers. Aggregor was memory-wiped and then turned loose from Servantis after Ben removed the Omnitrix for five years since Servantis felt he didn't need an army any longer. Had Aggregor returned, he would have disintegrated due to being unstable.

Personality[]

Kevin: I swear, I'll-
Aggregor: Stand there holding that stone over your head until you can't any longer, then drop it and kill your friends.
Ben: This isn't over!
Aggregor: While it's always a pleasure defeating you again and again, I'm afraid this is the last time.
~ Aggregor taunting Ben and Kevin after tricking them into helping him get to the first piece of the Map of Infinity.

Aggregor is a cruel, sadistic, menacing, and arrogant sociopath Osmosian, who does whatever it takes to achieve his goals, having no remorse for any of his actions. He has a brilliant mind and is willing to go to extremes to succeed. Aggregor's abilities make him a daunting and formidable enemy, who can hold his own against even the Plumbers. He fears no one and hungers for power.

Unlike most of Ben's other enemies, such as Vilgax and the Highbreed, Aggregor is more "hands-on" when fulfilling his schemes rather than relying on his robotic minions to do the work, instead using them for lesser duties, such as ship crew, manual labor, security, and distracting his enemies.

Additionally, Aggregor's power-hungry desires come from the desire of not letting others control him, hinted by his rebuttal to Kevin's claim of how absorbing energy causes Osmosians to go insane, calling them "lies told by the powerful to control the weak". This also relates to his goal to possess ultimate power in order to control the entire universe.

As Ultimate Aggregor, he's cruel, sadistic, menacing, and remorseless sociopath who does whatever it takes to achieve his goals, having no remorse for any of his actions. His intelligence is extremely high and his plans go to very great lengths to succeed - as shown when he managed to trick Ben Tennyson and his team into retrieving the fragments of the Map of Infinity for him, much to the anger of the entire team.

Background[]

Aggregor's race is the same as Ben's current friend Kevin Levin (they are both members of a subspecies of humans called Osmosians). His powers are mostly the same as Kevin's-matter absorption and energy manipulation. Aggregor is also noted for his high intelligence, demonstrated in how he tricked the protagonists to reach his goal for him, and his genre savviness. He used his powers to activate a time transporter to absorb his captor's powers and succeeded. He is more of an intergalactic threat than Ben's ultimate nemesis, Vilgax. Like Vilgax, though, Aggregor also uses droid minions.

Quotes[]

No one escapes me, Bivalvan!
~ Aggregor's first line in the series.
Galapagus: After you absorb our powers, you're gonna let us go, right?
Aggregor: After I absorb your powers, there won't be anything left of you.
~ Aggregor to Galapagus.
When Osmosians absorb the energy of other life forms, we only gain one tenth of that creatures abilities, but I have a better way. I've built a machine back on my home planet that will allow me to absorb all of your powers.
~ Aggregor explain his species' powers and what he plans to do with his prisoners.
Who says you're going home?
~ Aggregor as he re-captures Galapagus.
Did you really think you could escape from me?!
~ Aggregor to P'andor after capturing him.
4 down and 1 to go. Then the fun begins.
~ Aggregor after re-capturing Andreas.
No, not like me. Not even close.
~ Aggregor to Kevin.
In these bonds or out of them, the result will be the same: You defeated and helpless, your powers added to my own. To teleport you to my ship, I must turn off your energy cuffs. Don't try anything foolish.
~ Aggregor to Ra'ad
That's because my plan succeeded! The aliens are all in ME!
~ Ultimate Aggregor after absorbing the five Andromeda aliens into himself and gaining their powers.
Aggregor: Always a pleasure to see you, Tennyson, particularly when you're doing my work for me.
Ben: What are you talking about?
Aggregor: This temple is a dangerous place, so I thought I'd let you and your friends trigger the traps and lead me to the prize. I do appreciate you holding the door open for me, Levin. And they say young Osmosians have no manners.
~ Aggregor to Ben and Kevin after beating them to the first piece of the Map of Infinity.
Once again, I could never have done it without you.
~ Ultimate Aggregor after obtaining the third piece of the Map of Infinity.

Trivia[]

  • Aggregor is the first main villain to have been defeated by someone else rather than Ben Tennyson. The second is Dagon.
    • Interestingly, the individual that defeated them, Kevin and Vilgax, would become the main antagonist after them.
  • His threat in the first half of Ultimate Alien is ultimately the fault of the Rooters: They created Aggregor and just set him loose when they didn't need him anymore, rather than just terminate him (although this was revealed in Ben 10: Omniverse and wasn't originally planned).
  • Aggregor received an Omniverse design in 2021 by Derrick J Wyatt, depicting him with dull red skin and bald.
  • It was confirmed that Ben would have defeated Aggregor in Fused if Ben didn't use an electric alien.
