Dietary needs
WordCamp US is committed to providing delicious, inclusive meal options for every attendee. If your dietary requirements are not immediately visible in the registration options, please specify your needs in the “Meal preference details” section of your registration form. We want to ensure that you have suitable meal options available.
An Important Note About Allergies
WCUS takes a proactive approach to managing severe allergies. During registration, you’ll find an option to indicate severe allergies — this is defined as any allergy where exposure to the allergen (through ingestion, touch, or inhalation) could necessitate immediate medical intervention. After selecting this option and completing your ticket purchase, a member of our organizing team will contact you directly to discuss your needs in detail and ensure that we have the necessary measures in place to keep you safe during the event.

Once you have a ticket, WCUS can provide you with a letter for your visa application.
