Houseplants Can Thrive Outdoors During Summer
Just remember when letting houseplants summer outdoors: • First ensure that the weather is above 50 degrees (and avoid extreme heat… above ~90). • Place the plant in a location that gets correct sunlight… aka similar to what it had indoors (too much direct sun can burn leaves). • Check every couple of weeks for pests. Houseplants can truly thrive to new levels when out outside for the warm, humid, summer months. But make sure to follow proper protocol to ensure success :) Questions? Let me know in the comments!
Water propagation transformation | from Rhapidophora tetrasperma cutting
To water propagate a Rhaphidophora tetrasperma plant (aka Mini Monstera): • Take a cutting below one of the notched nodes • Submerge stem and node in water (like a vase) • Change water weekly to prevent buildup/bacteria • When roots are 2+ inches in length, plant into a small pot with well-draining potting soil OR shop a fully mature plant at outsideinco.com
