Rose Bouquet Hand Painted Trunk

Our rose bouquet trunk has an air of luxury and decadence with rich colours and exquisite designs. Each panel is adorned with a rose bouquet on a cream oval, bordered with gold. These gorgeous ovals are surround by turquoise, floral motifs and red and white borders. This superb exterior decoration is complimented by a black painted interior. The result is a hand painted trunk with superb designs that will bring a little luxury to your home.

This is an original steamer trunk, possibly 1930's that has been refurbished to a high standard in an art nouveau vintage style. The outside has been covered in the wallpaper Havisham in bottle green and the interior has been painted in a custom mix of Autentico paint in Fern and Black Hills and trimmed again with wallpaper. Waxed bun feet have been added to raise it up from the floor.
