CPD tips - What is the importance of computer literacy skills and how can you develop them? Computer literacy skills generally refer to the knowledge and ability to use computers and #technology efficiently. Simplifying texts - including learning objectives, instructions, questions, chapter books and text books, is a really great way to help #EAL learners access lessons. I really love this website for reducing workload - https://lnkd.in/e9JwWhAB (not a fan of the name!!) but it has loads of features to help make this task even easier for teachers. This makes no difference in independent schools. Out of the 5 types of inspection that take place in independent schools- only 1 is graded and it is the only one which includes deep dives. The other 4 are about compliance with the independent school standards, they are ungraded and they do not include deep dives. Just thought I’d highlight this for proprietors, governors/trusy, #headteachers. #schoolleaders of independent schools inspected by Ofsted.
