Blade is a Purple Dragon member appearing in Back to the Sewer. He is a dark skinned man who wears a pair of swords in scabbards on his back.
In Hacking Stockman, Blade is one of the guards standing watch inside the Purple Dragon Headquarters.
During the opening of the episode “City Under Siege”, Blade is one of a trio of Purple Dragons left after the Cyber Shredder takes out the rest of the gang. Blondie and the other two are grabbed while Hun has his back turned, leaving him by himself.
