島田剛
静岡県立大学国際関係学部准教授
1969年神戸市生まれ。博士（学術、早稲田大学）。
現在、コロンビア大学・客員研究員、JICA研究所・招聘研究員、早稲田大学・招聘研究員も兼ねる。1992年から2015年までJICAで勤務。JICA研究所主任研究員、企画課長、産業開発・公共政策部 産業・貿易課長、理事長秘書役、国連代表部・一等書記官などを経て現職。主な著作に以下のようなものがある。
