Contact information

Your Gravatar profile now includes expanded options for managing your contact information, giving you more control over how people can reach you.

You can manage your contact information in the Contact Info section of the profile editor: https://gravatar.com/profile/contact-info.

Control toggles

With two new toggles, you can choose how visible you want your contact information to be:

• Show contact button on public profile: Change this to control whether you want to show the Contact button on your profile.
• Allow anyone to send me a message: Enabling this option will add a “Send Message” button to your contact information, allowing other users to reach out to you via a connection email.

Types of Contact Information

You can organize various types of contact information, making it easy for others to connect with you in the way you prefer.

• Phone Numbers: Add and organize phone numbers by type — Mobile, Work, or Home — in a dedicated section.
• Email: Include an email address that you’d like to make visible on your profile.
• Contact Form: Link to a contact form on your website or a similar page where users can reach out.
• Calendar: Share a calendar link if you’d like others to view your availability.

Each type of contact information is optional, so you can choose exactly what you want to share.

Note: All information you add here will be publicly visible. Please only include contact details that you’re comfortable sharing with everyone.
