- The Eject Warp Plasma variant of this specialization is apparently only available with the Fourth Player duty officer which is one of the Photonic duty officers awarded for completing the “Decrypt Holonovel Code Fragment” duty officer mission. The description of the power is the same as for the Matter-Antimatter Specialist (Warp Plasma variant), and it may be that this an error in the description of the Fourth Player officer. If not an error, then the Maintenance Engineer version has an advantage in that up to 3 Maintenance Engineers can be equipped in comparison to only 1 Matter-Antimatter Specialist and thus possibly increasing the chances of the ability activating.
