Gorah is a Starfleet captain. He can be found in Operations at Deep Space 9.
Missions formerly involved[]
- “War Games”: Gorah, aboard the U.S.S. Biarritz, is assigned to observe the player during Starfleet's war games in the Draylon System. The player faces off against Captain T'Vala and the U.S.S. Athens. The war games go awry, and the player's support ship, the U.S.S. Carlisle, is destroyed by the Athens, which has been overrun by Undine infiltrators.

- Prior to Season 9.5 and all Federation NPC's being given the Odyssey uniform, Gorah was one of the few NPC's who wore the uniform worn by Starfleet officers in the late 2370's.
