Saint-Hilaire-le-Lierru is a former commune. It is found in the region Pays de la Loire in the Sarthe department in the west of France. On 1 January 2016, it was merged into the new commune of Tuffé-Val-de-la-Chéronne.[2] The commune is 70 to 120 meters above sea-level

Famous Monuments
[change | change source]- The Mansion of Horn (private), built between 1524 and 1557 by Marin le Voyer.
- House of Heart (closed). It derives its name from the heart carved on its front ( from the sixteenth century).
- Parish Church: mentioned for the first time between 1080 and 1100 in the chapter of the Church of Saint-Vincent du Mans.
