Either you have serious misunderstandings about the concept of being "uncivil" or you are really trying very hard to challenge the authority of an administrator. Several editors have lost nearly all their patience already. Since you do not seem to be genuinely repentant, I have removed your editing privileges for 31 hours. You probably didn't know, but most of our maintenance categories, like Category:Pages needing cleanup from July 2013, use a template to get them set up correctly. You didn't use the template when you created this category, so I added it. If you set up any more maintenance categories, please look at similar ones first to see how they are done.
