Studies are performed of the Cabibbo-favored decay $\Lambda_{c}^{+}\to\Lambda K_{S}^{0}K^+$ and the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay $\Lambda_{c}^{+}\to\Lambda K_{S}^{0}\pi^+$, based on a sample of $e^{+}e^{-}$ collision data, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.5 fb$^{-1}$, accumulated at center-of-mass energies between $4599.53$ MeV and $4698.82$ MeV with the BESIII detector. The decay $\Lambda_{c}^{+}\to\Lambda K_{S}^{0}\pi^+$ is observed for the first time. The branching fractions of $\Lambda_{c}^{+}\to\Lambda K_{S}^{0}K^+$ and $\Lambda_{c}^{+}\to\Lambda K_{S}^{0}\pi^+$ are measured to be $(3.04\pm0.30\pm0.16)\times 10^{-3}$ and $(1.73\pm0.27\pm0.10)\times 10^{-3}$, respectively, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. These results correspond to the most precise measurement of these quantities for both decays. Evidence of a $K^{*+}$ contribution in the $\Lambda_{c}^{+}\to\Lambda K_{S}^{0}\pi^+$ decay is found with a statistical significance of $4.7\sigma$. The branching fraction of $\Lambda_{c}^{+}\to\Lambda K^{*+}$ is calculated under three possible interference scenarios.

Utilizing 4.5${~\rm{fb}}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at center-of-mass energies between 4.600 and 4.699 GeV, the first observation of the singly Cabibbo-suppressed decay $\Lambda_c^{+}\to p\pi^0$ is presented, with a statistical significance of $5.4\sigma$. The ratio of the branching fractions of $\Lambda_c^{+}\to p\pi^0$ and $\Lambda_c^{+}\to p\eta$ is measured as $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^{+}\to p\pi^0)/\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^{+}\to p\eta)=(0.120\pm0.026_{\rm stat.}\pm0.007_{\rm syst.})$. This result resolves the longstanding discrepancy between earlier experimental searches, providing both a decisive conclusion and valuable input for QCD-inspired theoretical models. A sophisticated deep learning approach using a Transformer-based architecture is employed to distinguish the signal from the prevalent hadronic backgrounds, complemented by thorough validation and systematic uncertainty quantification.

Using $(27.12\pm 0.14)\times10^{8}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector, the decay $\chi_{c0}\to\Sigma^{+}\bar{\Sigma}^{-}\eta$ is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of $7.0\sigma$, and evidence for $\chi_{c1}\to\Sigma^{+}\bar{\Sigma}^{-}\eta$ and $\chi_{c2}\to\Sigma^{+}\bar{\Sigma}^{-}\eta$ is found with statistical significances of $4.3\sigma$ and $4.6\sigma$, respectively. The branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c0}\to\Sigma^{+}\bar{\Sigma}^{-}\eta)=({1.26 \pm 0.20 \pm 0.13}) \times 10^{-4}, ~\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}\to\Sigma^{+}\bar{\Sigma}^{-}\eta)=({5.10 \pm 1.21 \pm 0.67}) \times 10^{-5}$, and $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c2}\to\Sigma^{+}\bar{\Sigma}^{-}\eta)=({5.46 \pm 1.18 \pm 0.50}) \times 10^{-5}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical, and the second ones are systematic.

The study of beta decay of the charmed baryon provides unique insights into the fundamental mechanism of the strong and electro-weak interactions. The $\Lambda_c^+$, being the lightest charmed baryon, undergoes disintegration solely through the charm quark weak decay. Its beta decay provides an ideal laboratory for investigating non-perturbative effects in quantum chromodynamics and for constraining the fundamental parameters of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix in weak interaction theory. This article presents the first observation of the Cabibbo-suppressed $\Lambda_c^+$ beta decay into a neutron $\Lambda_c^+ \rightarrow n e^+ \nu_{e}$, based on $4.5~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of electron-positron annihilation data collected with the BESIII detector in the energy region above the $\Lambda^+_c\bar{\Lambda}^-_c$ threshold. A novel machine learning technique, leveraging Graph Neural Networks, has been utilized to effectively separate signals from dominant backgrounds, particularly $\Lambda_c^+ \rightarrow \Lambda e^+ \nu_{e}$. This approach has yielded a statistical significance of more than $10\sigma$. The absolute branching fraction of $\Lambda_c^+ \rightarrow n e^+ \nu_{e}$ is measured to be $(3.57\pm0.34_{\mathrm{stat}}\pm0.14_{\mathrm{syst}})\times 10^{-3}$. For the first time, the CKM matrix element $\left|V_{cd}\right|$ is extracted via a charmed baryon decay to be $0.208\pm0.011_{\rm exp.}\pm0.007_{\rm LQCD}\pm0.001_{\tau_{\Lambda_c^+}}$. This study provides a new probe to further understand fundamental interactions in the charmed baryon sector, and demonstrates the power of modern machine learning techniques in enhancing experimental capability in high energy physics research.

Utilizing a data set of $6.7$ fb$^{-1}$ from electron-positron collisions recorded by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring, a search is conducted for the processes $e^{+}e^{-} \to \phi \chi_{c0}$ and $\phi\eta_{c2}(1D)$ across center-of-mass energies from 4.47 to 4.95 GeV. In the absence of any significant signals, upper limits are set. These include limits on the Born cross sections for $e^{+}e^{-} \to \phi \chi_{c0}$, as well as the product of the Born cross section for $e^{+}e^{-} \to \phi\eta_{c2}(1D)$ and a sum of five branching fractions. Furthermore, the product of the electronic width of $Y(4660)$ and the branching fraction of the $Y(4660) \to \phi\chi_{c0}$, denoted as $\Gamma^{Y(4660)}_{e^{+}e^{-}} \mathcal{B}_{Y(4660) \to \phi\chi_{c0}}$, is determined to be $< 0.40$ eV at the 90\% confidence level.

By analyzing $(27.12\pm0.14)\times10^8$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, the decays of $\chi_{cJ} \to p \bar{p} K^0_S K^- \pi^+ +c.c.(J=0, 1, 2)$ are observed for the first time with statistical significances greater than $10\sigma$. The branching fractions of these decays are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c0}\to p \bar p K^{0}_{S} K^- \pi^+ + c.c.)=(2.61\pm0.27\pm0.32)\times10^{-5},$ $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}\to p \bar p K^{0}_{S} K^- \pi^+ + c.c.)=(4.16\pm0.24\pm0.46)\times10^{-5},$ and $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c2}\to p \bar p K^{0}_{S} K^- \pi^+ + c.c.)=(5.63\pm0.28\pm0.46)\times10^{-5}$, respectively. The processes $\chi_{c1,2} \to \bar{p} \Lambda(1520) K^0_S \pi^{+} + c.c.$ are also observed, with statistical significances of 5.7$\sigma$ and 7.0$\sigma$, respectively. Evidence for $\chi_{c0} \to\bar{p} \Lambda(1520) K^0_S \pi^{+} + c.c.$ is found with statistical significances of 3.3$\sigma$ each. The corresponding branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c0}\to \bar{p} \Lambda(1520) K^0_S \pi^{+} + c.c.) =(1.61^{+0.68}_{-0.64}\pm0.23)\times10^{-5}$, $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}\to \bar{p} \Lambda(1520) K^0_S \pi^{+} + c.c.)=(4.06^{+0.80}_{-0.76}\pm0.52)\times10^{-5}$, and $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c2}\to \bar{p} \Lambda(1520) K^0_S \pi^{+} + c.c.)=(4.09^{+0.87}_{-0.84}\pm0.42)\times10^{-5}$. Here, the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic.

Using $20.3\,\rm fb^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at the center-of-mass energy 3.773\u2009GeV with the BESIII detector, we report the first observation of the semileptonic decay $D^+\to \eta^\prime \mu^+\nu_\mu$ with significance of $8.6\sigma$ including systematic uncertainties, and an improved measurement of $D^+\to \eta^\prime e^+\nu_e$. The branching fractions of $D^+\to \eta^\prime \mu^+\nu_\mu$ and $D^+\to \eta^\prime e^+\nu_e$ are determined to be $(1.92\pm0.28_{\rm stat}\pm 0.08_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-4}$ and $(1.79\pm0.19_{\rm stat}\pm 0.07_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-4}$, respectively. From an analysis of the $D^+\to \eta^\prime \ell^+\nu_\ell$ decay dynamics, the product of the hadronic form factor $f_+^{\eta^{\prime}}(0)$ and the CKM matrix element $|V_{cd}|$ is measured for the first time, giving $f^{\eta^\prime}_+(0)|V_{cd}| = (5.92\pm0.56_{\rm stat}\pm0.13_{\rm syst})\times 10^{-2}$. No evidence for violation of $\mu-e$ lepton-flavor universality is found in both the full range and several bins of $\ell^+\nu_\ell$ four-momentum transfer. The $\eta-\eta^\prime$ mixing angle in the quark flavor basis is determined to be $\phi_{\rm P} =(39.8\pm0.8_{\rm stat}\pm0.3_{\rm syst})^\circ$.

Using $20.3~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at a center-of-mass energy of $E_{\rm cm}=3.773$ GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we determine the branching fraction of the leptonic decay $D^+\to\mu^+\nu_\mu$ to be $(3.981\pm0.079_{\rm stat}\pm0.040_{\rm syst})\times10^{-4}$. Interpreting our measurement with knowledge of the Fermi coupling constant $G_F$, the masses of the $D^+$ and $\mu^+$ as well as the lifetime of the $D^+$, we determine $f_{D^+}|V_{cd}|=(47.53\pm0.48_{\rm stat}\pm0.24_{\rm syst}\pm0.12_{\rm input})~\mathrm{MeV}$. This result is a factor of 2.3 more precise than the previous best measurement. Using the value of the magnitude of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|V_{cd}|$ given by the global standard model fit, we obtain the $D^+$ decay constant $f_{D^+}=(211.5\pm2.3_{\rm stat}\pm1.1_{\rm syst}\pm0.8_{\rm input})$ MeV. Alternatively, using the value of $f_{D^+}$ from a precise lattice quantum chromodynamics calculation, we extract $|V_{cd}|=0.2242\pm0.0023_{\rm stat}\pm0.0011_{\rm syst}\pm0.0009_{\rm input}$.

Using (2712.4 $\pm$ 14.3)$\times 10^{6}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, a partial wave analysis of the decay $\psi(3686) \to \phi \eta \eta' $ is performed with the covariant tensor approach. An axial-vector state with a mass near 2.3 $\rm GeV/c^2$ is observed for the first time. Its mass and width are measured to be 2316 $\pm 9_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 30_{\mathrm{syst}}\,\rm MeV/c^2$ and 89 $\pm 15_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 26_{\mathrm{syst}}\,\rm MeV$, respectively. The product branching fractions of $\mathcal{B}(\psi(3686) \to X(2300) \eta') \mathcal{B}(X(2300)\to \phi \eta)$ and $\mathcal{B}(\psi(3686) \to X(2300) \eta)\mathcal{B}(X(2300)\to \phi \eta')$ are determined to be (4.8 $\pm 1.3_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.7_{\mathrm{syst}})\times 10^{-6}$ and (2.2 $\pm 0.7_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.7_{\mathrm{syst}})\times 10^{-6}$, respectively. The branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(\psi(3686) \to \phi \eta \eta')$ is measured for the first time to be (3.14$\pm0.17_{\mathrm{stat}}\pm0.24_{\mathrm{syst}})\times10^{-5}$. The first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic.

We search for the radiative decays $D^{+} \to \gamma \rho^+$ and $D^{+} \to \gamma K^{*+}$ using 20.3~fb$^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ annihilation data collected at the center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV by the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider. No significant signals are observed, and the upper limits on the branching fractions of $D^{+} \to \gamma \rho^+$ and $D^{+} \to \gamma K^{*+}$ at 90\% confidence level are set to be $1.3\times10^{-5}$ and $1.8\times10^{-5}$, respectively.

Based on 7.33 fb$^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected by the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider at center-of-mass energies from 4.128 to 4.226 GeV, a search for the Majorana neutrino $\nu_m$ is conducted in the lepton-number-violating decays of $D_s^+\to h^-h^0e^+e^+$. Here, $h^-$ represents a $K^-$ or $\pi^-$, and $h^0$ represents a $\pi^0$, $K_S^0$ or $\phi$. No significant signal is observed, and the upper limits of their branching fractions at the 90\% confidence level are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to \phi\pi^-e^+e^+) < 6.9 \times 10^{-5}$, $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to \phi K^-e^+e^+) < 9.9 \times 10^{-5}$, $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to K_S^0\pi^-e^+e^+) < 1.3 \times 10^{-5}$, $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to K_S^0K^-e^+e^+) < 2.9 \times 10^{-5}$, $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to \pi^-\pi^0e^+e^+) < 2.9 \times 10^{-5}$ and $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to K^-\pi^0e^+e^+) < 3.4 \times 10^{-5}$. The Majorana neutrino is searched for with different mass assumptions within the range [0.20, 0.80] GeV$/c^2$ in the decay of $D_s^+\to\phi e^+\nu_m$ with $\nu_m\to\pi^-e^+$, and the upper limits of the branching fractions at the 90\% confidence level are at the level of $10^{-5}-10^{-2}$, depending on the mass of the Majorana neutrino.

By analyzing $e^+e^-$ annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.93 fb$^{-1}$, collected at the center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector, we search for the semileptonic decays $D^0\to K^-\eta e^+\nu_e$, $D^+\to K_S^0 \eta e^+\nu_e$ and $D^+\to \eta\eta e^+\nu_e$ for the first time. We present evidence for $D^0\to K^-\eta e^+\nu_e$ with a significance of $3.3\sigma$. The branching fraction of $D^0\to K^-\eta e^+\nu_e$ is measured to be $(0.84_{-0.34}^{+0.29}\pm0.22)\times 10^{-4}$. Here, the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic. No significant signals are observed for the decays $D^+\to K_S^0 \eta e^+\nu_e$ and $D^+\to \eta\eta e^+\nu_e$ and we set the upper limits on their branching fractions.

We study the weak decays of heavy mesons into baryon pairs, focusing on channels dominated by annihilation-type diagrams, where short-distance (SD) contributions are highly suppressed. We focus on decays with small energy release to further ensure the dominance of long-distance (LD) physics. The final state interactions of the triangular diagrams do not require a cutoff, making our numerical results reliable. Moreover, the hidden strangeness in the intermediate state naturally avoids chiral suppression. The branching fractions are predicted to be ${\cal B}(D_s^+ \to p\overline{n}) = (1.43 \pm 0.10 ) \times 10^{-3}$ and ${\cal B} (B_s^0 \to \Lambda_c^+ \overline{\Lambda}_c^-) > 4.7 \times 10^{-5}$, respectively. The former is in agreement with the experimental data of $(1.22 \pm 0.11)\times 10^{-3}$, while the latter suggests that a measurement is now feasible. Using the experimental upper bound of ${\cal B} (B_s^0 \to \Lambda_c^+ \overline{\Lambda}_c^-) < 8 \times 10^{-5}$, we set a constraint on the coupling constant $g_{D^+ \Lambda_c^+ n} < 7.5$. The CP symmetry suggests that $B_{sH/L}^0 \to \Lambda_c^+ \overline{\Lambda}_c^-$ is dominated by $P/S$ wave. This selection rule distinguishes the SD and LD contributions, allowing experiments to further test our understanding in the nonperturbative region. We propose future measurements on $B^0 \to \Xi_c^+ \overline{\Xi}_c^-$ to test final state interaction mechanisms, predicting significant $SU(3)_F$ breaking effects with ${\cal B}(B^0 \to \Xi_c^+ \overline{\Xi}_c^-) / {\cal B} (B_s^0 \to \Lambda_c^+ \overline{\Lambda}_c^-) = 1.4\%$, contrary to the naive estimate of $5.3\%$.

The $CP$-even fractions ($F_{+}$) of the decays $D^0\to\pi^{+}\pi^{-}\pi^{0}$ and $D^0\to K^{+}K^{-}\pi^{0}$ are measured with a quantum-correlated $\psi(3770)\to D\bar{D}$ data sample collected by the BESIII experiment corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.93 $\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$. The results are $F_{+}^{\pi^{+}\pi^{-}\pi^{0}}=0.9406\pm0.0036\pm0.0021$ and $F_{+}^{K^{+}K^{-}\pi^{0}}=0.631\pm0.014\pm0.011$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. These measurements are consistent with the previous determinations, and the uncertainties for $F_{+}^{\pi^{+}\pi^{-}\pi^{0}}$ and $F_{+}^{K^{+}K^{-}\pi^{0}}$ are reduced by factors of 3.9 and 2.6, respectively. The reported results provide important inputs for the precise measurement of the angle $\gamma$ of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix and indirect $CP$ violation in charm mixing.

We present a study of the semileptonic decay $D^0\rightarrow \pi^-\pi^0e^{+}\nu_{e}$ using an $e^+e^-$ annihilation data sample of $7.93~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ collected at the center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector. The branching fraction of $D^0\to \rho(770)^-e^+\nu_e$ is measured to be $(1.439 \pm 0.033(\rm stat.) \pm 0.027(\rm syst.)) \times10^{-3}$, which is a factor 1.6 more precise than previous measurements. By performing an amplitude analysis, we measure the hadronic form-factor ratios of $D^0\to \rho(770)^-e^+\nu_e$ at $q^2=0$ assuming the single-pole-dominance parametrization: $r_{V}=V(0)/A_1(0)=1.548\pm0.079(\rm stat.)\pm0.041(\rm syst.)$ and $r_{2}=A_2(0)/A_1(0)=0.823\pm0.056(\rm stat.)\pm0.026(\rm syst.)$.

Using $7.9~\rm{fb^{-1}}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we search for the massless dark photon with the flavor-changing neutral current processes $D^0\to\omega\gamma'$ and $D^0\to\gamma\gamma'$ for the first time. No significant signals are observed, and the upper limits at the 90% confidence level on the massless dark photon branching fraction are set to be $1.1\times10^{-5}$ and $2.0\times10^{-6}$ for $D^0\to\omega\gamma'$ and $D^0\to\gamma\gamma'$, respectively. These results provide the most stringent constraint on the new physics energy scale associated with $cu\gamma'$ coupling in the world, with the new physics energy scale related parameter $|\mathbb{C}|^2+|\mathbb{C}_5|^2<8.2\times10^{-17}~\rm{GeV}^{-2}$ at the 90% confidence level.

Using $e^+e^-$ collision data collected by the BESIII detector at BEPCII corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 30 $\rm fb^{-1}$, we measure Born cross sections and effective form factors for the process $e^+e^-\to\Xi^0\bar{\Xi}^0$ at forty-five center-of-mass energies between 3.51 and 4.95 GeV. The dressed cross section is fitted, assuming a power-law function plus a charmonium(-like) state, i.e., $\psi(3770)$, $\psi(4040)$, $\psi(4160)$, $\psi(4230)$, $\psi(4360)$, $\psi(4415)$ or $\psi(4660)$. No significant charmonium(-like) state decaying into $\Xi^0\bar\Xi^0$ is observed. Upper limits at the 90% confidence level on the product of the branching fraction and the electronic partial width are provided for each decay. In addition, ratios of the Born cross sections and the effective form factors for $e^+e^-\to\Xi^0\bar{\Xi}^0$ and $e^+e^-\to\Xi^-\bar{\Xi}^+$ are also presented to test isospin symmetry and the vector meson dominance model.

Using a data sample of $e^+e^-$ collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.93 $\rm fb^{-1}$ collected with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy 3.773~GeV, we perform the first amplitude analysis of the decay $D^{+} \to K_{S}^{0} K_{S}^{0} \pi^{+}$. The absolute branching fraction of $D^{+} \to K_{S}^{0}K_{S}^{0} \pi^{+}$ is measured to be $(2.97 \pm 0.09_{\rm stat.} \pm 0.05_{\rm syst.})\times10^{-3}$. The dominant intermediate process is $D^{+} \to K_{S}^{0}K^{*}(892)^{+}$, whose branching fraction is determined to be $(8.72 \pm 0.28_{\rm stat.} \pm 0.15_{\rm syst.}) \times 10^{-3}$, including all the $K^*(892)^+$ decays.

Using $(2712.4 \pm 14.3) \times 10^6~\psi$(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we search for the hadronic transition $h_c \to \pi^+\pi^-J/\psi$ via $\psi(3686)\to \pi^0 h_c$. No significant signal is observed. We set the most stringent upper limits to date on the branching fractions $\mathcal{B}(\psi(3686)\to \pi^0 h_c)\times\mathcal{B}(h_c\to\pi^+\pi^-J/\psi)$ and $\mathcal{B}(h_c \to \pi^+\pi^-J/\psi)$ at the 90$\%$ confidence level, which are determined to be $6.7\times 10^{-7}$ and $9.4 \times10^{-4}$, respectively.

In this Letter, a systematic study of the weak radiative hyperon decay $\Xi^{0}\to\Lambda\gamma$ at an electron-positron collider using entangled $\Xi^{0}\bar{\Xi}^{0}$ pair events is presented. The absolute branching fraction for this decay has been measured for the first time, and is $\left(1.347 \pm 0.066_{\mathrm stat.}\pm0.054_{\mathrm syst.}\right)\times 10^{-3}$. The decay asymmetry parameter, which characterizes the effect of parity violation in the decay, is determined to be $-0.741 \pm 0.062_{\mathrm stat.}\pm 0.019_{\mathrm syst.}$. The obtained results are consistent with the world average values within the uncertainties, offering valuable insights into the underlying mechanism governing the weak radiative hyperon decays. The charge conjugation parity ($CP$) symmetries of branching fraction and decay asymmetry parameter in the decay are also studied. No statistically significant violation of charge conjugation parity symmetry is observed.

Measurements of the strong-phase difference between $D^0$ and $\bar{D}^0\to\pi^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-$ are performed in bins of phase space. The study exploits a sample of quantum-correlated $D\bar{D}$ mesons collected by the BESIII experiment in $e^+e^-$ collisions at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773~GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93~fb$^{-1}$. Here, $D$ denotes a neutral charm meson in a superposition of flavor eigenstates. The reported results are valuable for measurements of the $C\!P$-violating phase $\gamma$ (also denoted $\phi_3$) in $B^\pm \to DK^\pm$, $D \to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-$ decays, and the binning schemes are designed to provide good statistical sensitivity to this parameter. The expected uncertainty on $\gamma$ arising from the precision of the strong-phase measurements, when applied to very large samples of $B$-meson decays, is around $1.5^\circ$ or $2^\circ$, depending on the binning scheme. The binned strong-phase parameters are combined to give a value of $F_+^{4\pi} = 0.746 \pm 0.010 \pm 0.004$ for the $C\!P$-even fraction of $D^0 \to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-$ decays, which is around 30\% more precise than the previous best measurement of this quantity.

Using $(10087\pm44)\times10^6J/\psi$ events collected with the BESIII detector, we search for the rare decay $J/\psi \to \gamma D^0+c.c.$ for the first time. No obvious signal is observed and the upper limit on the branching fraction is determined to be ${\cal B}(J/\psi \to \gamma D^{0}+c.c.)< 9.1 \times 10^{-8}$ at 90\% confidence level.

Using $(2712\pm 14)$ $\times$ 10$^{6}$ $\psi(2S)$ events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we search for the decays $\eta_{c}(2S)\to\omega\omega$ and $\eta_{c}(2S)\to\omega\phi$ via the process $\psi(2S)\to\gamma\eta_{c}(2S)$. Evidence of $\eta_{c}(2S)\to\omega\omega$ is found with a statistical significance of $3.2\sigma$. The branching fraction is measured to be $\mathcal{B}(\eta_{c}(2S)\to\omega\omega)=(5.65\pm3.77(\rm stat.)\pm5.32(\rm syst.))\times10^{-4}$. No statistically significant signal is observed for the decay $\eta_{c}(2S)\to\omega\phi$. The upper limit of the branching fraction at the 90\% confidence level is determined to be $\mathcal{B}(\psi(2S)\to\gamma\eta_{c}(2S),\eta_{c}(2S)\to\omega\phi)<2.24\times 10^{-7}$. We also update the branching fractions of $\chi_{cJ}\to \omega\omega$ and $\chi_{cJ}\to\omega\phi$ decays via the $\psi(2S)\to\gamma\chi_{cJ}$ transition. The branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c0}\to\omega\omega)=(10.63\pm0.11\pm0.46)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}\to\omega\omega)=(6.39\pm0.07\pm0.29)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c2}\to\omega\omega)=(8.50\pm0.08\pm0.38)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c0}\to\omega\phi)=(1.18\pm0.03\pm0.05)\times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}\to\omega\phi)=(2.03\pm0.15\pm0.12)\times 10^{-5}$, and $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c2}\to\omega\phi)=(9.37\pm1.07\pm0.59)\times 10^{-6}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic.

The branching fraction of $D^+\to K_{S}^{0} \pi^{0}e^+\nu_e$ is measured for the first time using $7.93~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ annihilation data collected at the center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}=3.773$~GeV with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, and is determined to be ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to K_S^0\pi^0e^+\nu_e$) = $(0.881~\pm~0.017_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.016_{\rm syst.})$\%. Based on an analysis of the $D^+\to K_S^0\pi^0e^+\nu_e$ decay dynamics, we observe the $S\text{-}{\rm wave}$ and $P$-wave components with fractions of $f_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}$ = $(6.13~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm ~0.30_{\rm syst.})\%$ and $f_{\bar K^{*}(892)^0}$ = $(93.88~\pm~0.27_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.29_{\rm syst.})$\%, respectively. From these results, we obtain the branching fractions ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to (K_S^0\pi^0)_{S\text{-}{\rm wave}}~e^+\nu_e$) = $(5.41~\pm~0.35_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.37_{\rm syst.})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}$($D^+\to \bar K^{*}(892)^0e^+\nu_e$) = $(4.97~\pm~0.11_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.12_{\rm syst.})$\%. In addition, the hadronic form-factor ratios of $D^{+} \to \bar {K}^{*}(892)^0e^+\nu_e$ at $q^2=0$, assuming a single-pole dominance parameterization, are determined to be $r_V=\frac{V(0)}{A_1(0)}= 1.43~\pm~0.07_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.03_{\rm syst.}$ and $r_2=\frac{A_2(0)}{A_1(0)}=0.72~\pm~0.06_{\rm stat.}~\pm~0.02_{\rm syst.}$.

Based on $(2712.4\pm14.1)\times10^{6}~\psi(2S)$ events, 7.9 fb$^{-1}$ $\psi(3773)$ data, and 0.8 fb$^{-1}$ off-resonance data samples collected with the BESIII detector, we measure the branching fraction of $\psi(2S)\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{0}$ and $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{0}$ form factor at momentum transfers $Q^{2}\sim13$ GeV$^{2}$. The $e^{+}e^{-}\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{0}$ cross section is fitted with considering the interference between the $\psi(2S)$ and continuum amplitudes and two solutions are found, ${\cal B}=3.74\times10^{-7}$ with $\phi=3.93$ rad and ${\cal B}=7.87\times10^{-7}$ with $\phi=2.08$ rad. Here, ${\cal B}$ is the branching fraction of $\psi(2S)\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{0}$ and $\phi$ is the relative phase angle between the $\psi(2S)$ and continuum amplitudes. Due to insufficient off-resonance data, the branching fraction ${\cal B}(\psi(2S)\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{0})$ is determined to be in the range $[2.7, 9.7]\times10^{-7}$ within one standard deviation of the contour region.

By analyzing $(27.12 \pm 0.14)\times10^{8}$ $\psi(3686)$ events accumulated with the BESIII detector, the decay $\eta_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-} \eta$ is observed for the first time with a significance of $6.2\sigma$ after considering systematic uncertainties. The product of the branching fractions of $\psi(3686) \to \gamma\eta_{c}(2S)$ and $\eta_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-} \eta$ is measured to be $\mathcal{B}(\psi(3686) \to\gamma\eta_{c}(2S))\times \mathcal{B}(\eta_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}\eta)=(2.39 \pm 0.32 \pm 0.34) \times 10^{-6}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical, and the second one is systematic. The branching fraction of $\eta_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}\eta$ is determined to be $\mathcal{B}(\eta_{c}(2S)\to K^{+} K^{-}\eta) = (3.42 \pm 0.46 \pm 0.48 \pm 2.44) \times 10^{-3}$, where the third uncertainty is due to the branching fraction of $\psi(3686) \to \gamma\eta_{c}(2S)$. Using a recent BESIII measurement of $\mathcal{B} (\eta_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}\pi^{0})$, we also determine the ratio between the branching fractions of $\eta_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}\eta$ and $\eta_{c}(2S) \to K^{+} K^{-}\pi^{0}$ to be $1.49 \pm 0.22 \pm 0.25$, which is consistent with the previous result of BaBar at a comparable precision level.

Using $e^+e^-$ collision data collected with the BESIII detector at seven energy points ranging from 3.68 to 3.71 GeV and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $652.1~{\rm pb^{-1}}$, we present an energy-dependent measurement of the transverse polarization, relative phase and modulus ratio of the electromagnetic form factors of the $\Sigma^+$ hyperon in the $e^+e^- \to \Sigma^+ \bar{\Sigma}^-$ reaction. These results are helpful to understand the production mechanism of the $\Sigma^+$-$\bar\Sigma^-$ pairs.

Using 10.1 fb$^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected by the BESIII detector with center-of-mass energies between 4.15 GeV and 4.30 GeV, we search for the decays $X(3872)\to\pi^0\pi^0\chi_{c1,2}$, where the $X(3872)$ is produced in $e^+e^-\to\gamma X(3872)$. No evidence above $3\sigma$ is found for either decay. Upper limits at the $90\%$ C.L. on the branching fractions of $X(3872)\to\pi^0\pi^0\chi_{c1,2}$ normalized to the branching fraction of $X(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^-J/\psi$ are set to be $\mathcal{B}(X(3872)\to\pi^0\pi^0\chi_{c1})/\mathcal{B}(X(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^-J/\psi) < 1.1$ and $\mathcal{B}(X(3872)\to\pi^0\pi^0\chi_{c2})/\mathcal{B}(X(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^-J/\psi) < 0.5$, taking into account both statistical and systematic uncertainties.

Based on a sample of $(2712.4\pm14.3)\times10^6\;\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector, a partial wave analysis of the decay $\psi(3686)\to\Lambda\bar\Sigma^0\pi^0+c.c.$ is performed to investigate $\Lambda^*$ and $\Sigma^*$ resonances in the $\pi^0\bar{\Sigma}^0$ and $\pi^0\Lambda$ invariant mass distributions. Significant contributions are found from the $\Lambda(1405)$, $\Lambda(1520)$, $\Lambda(1600)$, $\Lambda(1670)$, $\Lambda(1690)$, $\Lambda(1800)$, $\Lambda(1890)$, $\Lambda(2325)$, $\Sigma(1385)$, $\Sigma(1660)$, $\Sigma(1670)$, $\Sigma(1750)$, and $\Sigma(1910)$. The masses, widths, and production branching fractions for each component are determined. In addition, the branching fraction of $\psi(3686)\to\Lambda\bar\Sigma^0\pi^0+c.c.$ is measured to be $(1.544\pm0.013\pm0.069)\times10^{-4}$ for the first time, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic.

By analyzing a data sample of $e^+e^-$ collisions with center-of-mass energy $\sqrt{s}=3.773$ GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $7.9~\rm {fb}^{-1}$ collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we study semileptonic decays of the $D^{0(+)}$ mesons into the axial-vector meson $b_1(1235)$ via the decay $b_1(1235)\to \omega\pi$. The decay $D^0\to b_1(1235)^-e^{+}\nu_{e}$ is observed with a significance of 5.2$\sigma$ after considering systematic uncertainty, while evidence for the decay $D^+\to b_1(1235)^0 e^+\nu_e$ is obtained with a 3.1$\sigma$ significance. The product branching fractions are determined to be ${\mathcal B}(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}\nu_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^-\to \omega \pi^-) = (0.72\pm0.18^{+0.06}_{-0.08})\times10^{-4}$ and ${\mathcal B}(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}\nu_{e})\times {\mathcal B} (b_1(1235)^0~\to \omega \pi^0) = (1.16\pm0.44\pm0.16)\times10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. The ratio of their partial decay widths is determined to be $\frac{\Gamma(D^0\to b_{1}(1235)^-e^{+}\nu_{e})}{2\Gamma(D^+\to b_{1}(1235)^0e^{+}\nu_{e})}=0.78\pm0.19^{+0.04}_{-0.05}$, which is consistent with unity, predicted by isospin invariance, within uncertainties.

We perform the first investigation of the process $e^{+}e^{-}\to K^+K^-\psi(2S)$ and report its Born cross sections over a range of center-of-mass energies from 4.699 to 4.951~GeV. The measurements are carried out using several partial reconstruction techniques using data samples collected by the BESIII detector with a total integrated luminosity of 2.5~fb$^{-1}$. We search for new tetraquark candidates $Z_{cs}^\pm$ in the decays $Z_{cs}^\pm\to K^\pm\psi(2S)$. No significant $Z_{cs}^\pm$ signals are observed.

Using $(2.712\pm0.014)\times10^{9}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII, we find an evidence of the $\eta_{c}(2S)\to K^+ K^- \eta^{\prime}$ decay with a statistical significance of 3.1$\sigma$. Its decay branching fraction is measured to be $(12.24\pm4.60(\mathrm{stat.})\pm2.37(\mathrm{syst.})\pm4.68(\mathrm{extr.}))\times 10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic, and the third uncertainty is from the branching fraction of the $\psi(3686)\to\gamma\eta_{c}(2S)$ decay. The upper limit on the product branching fraction $B[\psi(3686)\to\gamma\eta_{c}(2S)] \times$ $B[\eta_{c}(2S)\to K^+ K^- \eta^{\prime}]$ is set to be $1.14 \times 10^{-6}$ at $90\%$ confidence level. In addition, the branching fractions of $\chi_{c1}\to K^+ K^- \eta^{\prime}$ and $\chi_{c2}\to K^+ K^- \eta^{\prime}$ are updated to be $(8.47\pm0.09(\mathrm{stat.})\pm0.47(\mathrm{syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$ and $(1.53\pm0.04(\mathrm{stat.})\pm0.08(\mathrm{syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$, respectively. The precision is improved by twofold.

Based on $6.1~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ annihilation data collected at center-of-mass energies from 4.600~GeV to 4.843~GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, a partial wave analysis of $\Lambda_c^+\to\Lambda\pi^+\eta$ is performed, and branching fractions and decay asymmetry parameters of intermediate processes are determined. The process $\Lambda_c^+\to\Lambda a_0(980)^+$ is observed for the first time, and evidence for the pentaquark candidate $\Sigma(1380)^+$ decaying into $\Lambda\pi^+$ is found with statistical significance larger than $3\sigma$. The branching fraction product $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_{c}^{+} \to \Lambda a_0(980)^+) \; \mathcal{B}( a_0(980)^+ \to \pi^{+}\eta)$ is determined to be $(1.05 \pm 0.16_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.05_{\mathrm{syst}} \pm 0.07_{\mathrm{ext}})\%$, which is larger than theoretical calculations by $1 - 2$ orders of magnitude. Here the third (external) systematic is from $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_{c}^{+} \to \Lambda \pi^+ \eta)$. Finally, we precisely obtain the absolute branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_{c}^{+} \to \Lambda \pi^+ \eta) = (1.94 \pm 0.07_{\mathrm{stat}} \pm 0.11_{\mathrm{syst}})\%$.

Based on $10.64~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data taken at center-of-mass energies between 4.237 and 4.699 GeV with the BESIII detector, we study the leptonic $D^+_s$ decays using the $e^+e^-\to D^{*+}_{s} D^{*-}_{s}$ process. The branching fractions of $D_s^+\to\ell^+\nu_{\ell}\,(\ell=\mu,\tau)$ are measured to be $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to\mu^+\nu_\mu)=(0.547\pm0.026_{\rm stat}\pm0.016_{\rm syst})\%$ and $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to\tau^+\nu_\tau)=(5.60\pm0.16_{\rm stat}\pm0.20_{\rm syst})\%$, respectively. The product of the decay constant and Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|V_{cs}|$ is determined to be $f_{D_s^+}|V_{cs}|=(246.5\pm5.9_{\rm stat}\pm3.6_{\rm syst}\pm0.5_{\rm input})_{\mu\nu}~\mathrm{MeV}$ and $f_{D_s^+}|V_{cs}|=(252.7\pm3.6_{\rm stat}\pm4.5_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input}))_{\tau \nu}~\mathrm{MeV}$, respectively. Taking the value of $|V_{cs}|$ from a global fit in the Standard Model, we obtain ${f_{D^+_s}}=(252.8\pm6.0_{\rm stat}\pm3.7_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{\mu\nu}$ MeV and ${f_{D^+_s}}=(259.2\pm3.6_{\rm stat}\pm4.5_{\rm syst}\pm0.6_{\rm input})_{\tau \nu}$ MeV, respectively. Conversely, taking the value for $f_{D_s^+}$ from the latest lattice quantum chromodynamics calculation, we obtain $|V_{cs}| =(0.986\pm0.023_{\rm stat}\pm0.014_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{\mu\nu}$ and $|V_{cs}| = (1.011\pm0.014_{\rm stat}\pm0.018_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input})_{\tau \nu}$, respectively.

The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ processes are studied using data samples collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies from 4.530 to 4.946~GeV. The absolute branching fractions of $D_{s1}(2536)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^{*0}K^-$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)^- \rightarrow \bar{D}^0K^-$ are measured for the first time to be $(35.9\pm 4.8\pm 3.5)\%$ and $(37.4\pm 3.1\pm 4.6)\%$, respectively. The measurements are in tension with predictions based on the assumption that the $D_{s1}(2536)$ and $D_{s2}^*(2573)$ are dominated by a bare $c\bar{s}$ component. The $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^-$ and $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ cross sections are measured, and a resonant structure at around 4.6~GeV with a width of 50~MeV is observed for the first time with a statistical significance of $15\sigma$ in the $e^+e^-\rightarrow D_s^+D^*_{s2}(2573)^-$ process. It could be the $Y(4626)$ found by the Belle collaboration in the $D_s^+D_{s1}(2536)^{-}$ final state, since they have similar masses and widths. There is also evidence for a structure at around 4.75~GeV in both processes.

A high precision measurement of the branching fraction of the decay $J/\psi \to p \bar{p} \eta$ is performed using $(10 087 \pm 44) \times 10^6$ $J/\psi$ events recorded by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring. The branching fractions of the two decays $J/\psi \to p \bar{p} \eta(\eta \to \gamma\gamma)$ and $J/\psi \to p \bar{p} \eta(\eta \to \pi^+ \pi^- \pi^0)$ are measured individually to be $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi \to p \bar{p} \eta(\eta \to \gamma\gamma)) = (1.480 \pm 0.001 \pm 0.024)\times\,10^{-3}$ and $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi \to p \bar{p} \eta(\eta \to \pi^+ \pi^- \pi^0)) = (1.557 \pm 0.003 \pm 0.038)\times\,10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. Both results are compatible within their uncorrelated systematic uncertainties. The combined result is $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi \to p \bar{p} \eta)=(1.495 \pm 0.001 \pm 0.023)\times\,10^{-3}$ where the first uncertainty is the combined statistical uncertainty and the second one the combined systematic uncertainty of both analyses, incorporating correlations between them. In addition, the $p \bar{p}$ threshold region is investigated for a potential threshold enhancement, and no evidence for one is observed.

Analyzing $e^+e^-$ collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $7.33~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ collected at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226~GeV with the BESIII detector, we measure the branching fraction of the semileptonic decay $D^+_{s}\to K^0 e^+\nu_e$ to be $(2.98\pm0.23\pm0.12)\times10^{-3}$. The $D_s^+\to K^0$ hadronic form factor is determined from the differential decay rate of $D^+_s\to K^0 e^+\nu_e$ to be $f^{K^0}_+(0)=0.636\pm0.049\pm0.013$. For both measurements, the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic. The branching fraction and form factor measurements are factors of 1.6 and 1.7 more precise than the previous world averages, respectively.

Using $e^+e^-$ collision data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at center-of-mass energies between 3.510 and 4.914GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 25 fb$^{-1}$, we measure the Born cross sections for the process $e^+e^-\to K^-\bar{\Xi}^+\Lambda/\Sigma^{0}$ at thirty-five energy points with a partial-reconstruction strategy. By fitting the dressed cross sections of $e^+e^-\to K^-\bar{\Xi}^+\Lambda/\Sigma^{0}$, evidence for $\psi(4160) \to K^{-}\bar\Xi^{+}\Lambda$ is found for the first time with a significance of 4.4$\sigma$, including systematic uncertainties. No evidence for other possible resonances is found. In addition, the products of electronic partial width and branching fraction for all assumed resonances decaying into $K^{-}\bar\Xi^{+}\Lambda/\Sigma^{0}$ are determined.

Using $e^+e^-$ annihilation data sets corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 4.5 $\text{fb}^{-1}$, collected with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.600 and 4.699 GeV, we report the first measurements of the absolute branching fractions $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to pK_{L}^{0})=(1.67 \pm 0.06 \pm 0. 04)\%$, $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to pK_{L}^{0}\pi^+\pi^-)=(1.69 \pm 0.10 \pm 0.05)\%$, and $\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+\to pK_{L}^{0}\pi^0)=(2.02 \pm 0.13 \pm 0.05)\%$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. Combining with the known branching fractions of $\Lambda_c^+ \to pK_{S}^{0}$, $\Lambda_c^+ \to pK_{S}^{0}\pi^+\pi^-$, and $\Lambda_c^+ \to pK_{S}^{0}\pi^0$, we present the first measurements of the $K_{S}^{0}$-$K_{L}^{0}$ asymmetries $R(\Lambda_c^+, K_{S,L}^0X) = \frac{\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+ \to K_{S}^{0} X) - \mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+ \to K_{L}^{0} X)}{\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+ \to K_{S}^{0} X) + \mathcal{B}(\Lambda_c^+ \to K_{L}^{0} X)}$ in charmed baryon decays: $R(\Lambda_c^+, pK_{S,L}^0) = -0.025 \pm 0.031$, $R(\Lambda_c^+, pK_{S,L}^0\pi^+\pi^-) = -0.027 \pm 0.048$, and $R(\Lambda_c^+, pK_{S,L}^0\pi^0) =-0.015 \pm 0.046$. No significant asymmetries within the uncertainties are observed.

We perform the first amplitude analysis of $D^+_s \to \pi^+\pi^+\pi^-\pi^0$ decays, based on data samples of electron-positron collisions recorded with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.33~fb$^{-1}$. We report the observation of $D_{s}^{+} \to f_0(980)\rho(770)^{+}$ with a statistical significance greater than 10$\sigma$ and determine the branching fractions $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to\pi^+\pi^+\pi^-\pi^0|_{{\rm non}-\eta})=(2.04\pm0.08_{\rm stat.}\pm0.05_{\rm syst.})\%$ and $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to\eta\pi^+)=(1.56\pm0.09_{\rm stat.}\pm0.04_{\rm syst.})\%$. Moreover, we measure the relative branching fraction between $\phi\to\pi^+\pi^-\pi^0$ and $\phi\to K^+K^-$ to be $\frac{\mathcal{B}(\phi(1020) \to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^0)}{\mathcal{B}(\phi(1020) \to K^+K^-)}=0.230 \pm 0.014_{\rm stat.} \pm 0.010_{\rm syst.}$, which deviates from the world average value by more than $4\sigma$.

Based on 368.5 pb$^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at center-of-mass energies 4.914 and 4.946 GeV by the BESIII detector, the $e^+e^- \to \phi\chi_{c1}(3872)$ process is searched for the first time. No significant signal is observed and the upper limits at the 90\% confidence level on the product of the Born cross section $\sigma(e^+e^- \to \phi\chi_{c1}(3872))$ and the branching fraction $\mathcal{B}[\chi_{c1}(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^- J/\psi]$ at 4.914 and 4.946 GeV are set to be 0.85 and 0.96 pb, respectively. These measurements provide useful information for the production of the $\chi_{c1}(3872)$ at $e^+e^-$ collider and deepen our understanding about the nature of this particle.

Using a sample of $(10087\pm 44)\times10^{6}$ $J/\psi$ events collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we search for the decay $X(1870)\to K^+ K^-\eta$ via the $J/\psi\to \omega K^+ K^- \eta$ process for the first time. No significant $X(1870)$ signal is observed. The upper limit on the branching fraction of the decay $ J/\psi\to \omega X(1870) \to\omega K^+ K^- \eta$ is determined to be $9.55\times 10^{-7}$ at the $90\%$ confidence level. In addition, the branching faction $B(J/\psi\to\omega K^+ K^- \eta)$ is measured to be $(3.33\pm0.02(\rm{stat.})\pm 0.12(\rm{syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$.

Based on $2.7 \times 10^9~\psi(3686)$ decays collected with the BESIII detector, the radiative decay $\psi(3686)\to\gamma2(\pi^{+}\pi^{-})\eta$ is investigated to measure properties of S- and P-wave charmonium states. The branching fraction of the decay $\eta_{c}(1S) \to 2(\pi^{+}\pi^{-})\eta$, which is found to have a strong dependence on the interference pattern between $\eta_c(1S)$ and non-$\eta_c(1S)$ processes, is measured in both destructive and constructive interference scenarios for the first time. The mass and width of the $\eta_{c}(1S)$ are measured to be $M=(2984.14 \pm 0.13 \pm 0.38)$ MeV/$c^{2}$ and $\Gamma=(28.82 \pm 0.11 \pm 0.82)$ MeV, respectively. Clear signals for the decays of the $\chi_{cJ}(J=0,1,2)$ and the $\eta_{c}(2S)$ to $2(\pi^{+}\pi^{-})\eta$ are also observed for the first time, and the corresponding branching fractions are measured. The ratio of the branching fractions between the $\eta_{c}(2S)$ and $\eta_{c}(1S)$ decays is significantly lower than the theoretical prediction, which might suggest different dynamics in their decays.

The $J/\psi, \psi(3686) \to \Sigma^0 \bar{\Sigma}^{0}$ processes and subsequent decays are studied using the world's largest $J/\psi$ and $\psi(3686)$ data samples collected with the BESIII detector. The strong-$CP$ symmetry is tested in the decays of the $\Sigma^0$ hyperons for the first time by measuring the decay parameters, $\alpha_{\Sigma^0} = -0.0017 \pm 0.0021 \pm 0.0018$ and $\bar{\alpha}_{\Sigma^0} = 0.0021 \pm 0.0020 \pm 0.0022$. The weak-$CP$ test is performed in the subsequent decays of their daughter particles $\Lambda$ and $\bar{\Lambda}$. Also for the first time, the transverse polarizations of the $\Sigma^0$ hyperons in $J/\psi$ and $\psi(3686)$ decays are observed with opposite directions, and the ratios between the S-wave and D-wave contributions of the $J/\psi, \psi(3686) \to \Sigma^0 \bar{\Sigma}^{0}$ decays are obtained. These results are crucial to understand the decay dynamics of the charmonium states and the production mechanism of the $\Sigma^0-\bar{\Sigma}^0$ pairs.

We present a measurement of the integrated luminosity of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider at a center-of-mass energy of $E_{\rm cm} = 3.773$~GeV. The integrated luminosities of the data sets taken from December 2021 to June 2022, from November 2022 to June 2023, and from October 2023 to February 2024 are determined to be $4.995 \pm 0.019$~fb$^{-1}$, $8.157 \pm 0.031$~fb$^{-1}$, and $4.191 \pm 0.016$~fb$^{-1}$, respectively, by analyzing large angle Bhabha scattering events. The uncertainties are dominated by systematic effects and the statistical uncertainties are negligible. Our results provide essential input for future analyses and precision measurements.

Based on $(2712.4\pm 14.3)\times10^{6}$ $\psi(3686)$ events, we investigate four hadronic decay modes of the $P$-wave charmonium spin-singlet state $h_c(^1P_1) \to h^+ h^- \pi^0/\eta$ ($h=\pi$ or $K$) via the process $\psi(3686) \to \pi^{0}h_c$ at BESIII. The $h_c \to \pi^+ \pi^- \pi^0$ decay is observed with a significance of 9.6$\sigma$ after taking into account systematic uncertainties. Evidences for $h_c \to K^+ K^- \pi^0$ and $h_c \to K^+ K^- \eta$ are found with significances of $3.5\sigma$ and $3.3\sigma$, respectively, after considering the systematic uncertainties. The branching fractions of these decays are measured to be $\mathcal{B}(h_c \to \pi^+ \pi^- \pi^0)=(1.36\pm0.16\pm0.14)\times10^{-3}$, $\mathcal{B}(h_c \to K^+ K^- \pi^0)=(3.26\pm0.84\pm0.36)\times10^{-4}$, and $\mathcal{B}(h_c \to K^+ K^- \eta)=(3.13\pm1.08\pm0.38)\times10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. No significant signal of $h_c\to\pi^+\pi^-\eta$ is found, and the upper limit of its decay branching fraction is determined to be $\mathcal{B}(h_c\to\pi^+\pi^-\eta) < 4.0 \times 10^{-4}$ at 90% confidence level.

We measure the absolute branching fractions of semileptonic $D^+_s$ decays via the $e^+e^-\to D_s^{*+}D_s^{*-}$ process using $e^+e^-$ collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $10.64~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ collected by the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.237 and 4.699 GeV. The branching fractions are ${\mathcal B}(D_s^+\to \eta e^+\nu_e)=(2.35\pm0.11_{\rm stat}\pm 0.10_{\rm syst})\%,$ ${\mathcal B}(D_s^+\to \eta^\prime e^+\nu_e)=(0.82\pm0.09_{\rm stat}\pm 0.04_{\rm syst})\%,$ ${\mathcal B}(D_s^+\to \phi e^+\nu_e)=(2.21\pm0.16_{\rm stat}\pm 0.11_{\rm syst})\%,$ ${\mathcal B}(D_s^+\to f_0(980) e^+\nu_e,f_0(980)\to\pi^+\pi^-)=(0.15\pm0.02_{\rm stat}\pm 0.01_{\rm syst})\%,$ ${\mathcal B}(D_s^+\to K^0 e^+\nu_e)=(0.24\pm0.04_{\rm stat}\pm 0.01_{\rm syst})\%,$ and ${\mathcal B}(D_s^+\to K^{*0} e^+\nu_e)=(0.19\pm0.03_{\rm stat}\pm 0.01_{\rm syst})\%.$ These results are consistent with those measured via the $e^+e^-\to D_s^{*\pm}D_s^{\mp}$ process by BESIII and CLEO. The hadronic transition form factors $D^+_s\to \eta e^+\nu_e$, $D^+_s\to \eta^\prime e^+\nu_e$, and $D^+_s\to K^0 e^+\nu_e$ at four-momentum transfer squared $q^2$ = 0 are determined to be $f^{\eta}_+(0) = 0.482 \pm 0.011_{\rm stat} \pm 0.009_{\rm syst}\pm0.004_{\rm input},$ $f^{\eta^{\prime}}_+(0) = 0.562 \pm 0.031_{\rm stat} \pm 0.014_{\rm syst}\pm0.003_{\rm input},$ and $f^{K^0}_+(0) = 0.624 \pm 0.052_{\rm stat} \pm 0.013_{\rm syst}\pm0.002_{\rm input}.$

Based on $(2712.4 \pm 14.3) \times 10^{6}$ $ e^{+}e^{-}\to\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we report the first evidence of $\chi_{c0}\to \Lambda\bar \Lambda \phi$ decays and the first observation of $\chi_{c1,2}\to \Lambda\bar \Lambda \phi$ decays, with significances of $4.5\sigma$, $11.3\sigma$ and $13.0\sigma$, respectively. The decay branching fractions of $\chi_{c0,1,2}\to \Lambda\bar \Lambda\phi$ are measured to be $( 2.99\pm1.24\pm0.19) \times 10^{-5}$, $(6.01\pm0.90\pm0.40 )\times 10^{-5}$, and $(7.13\pm0.81\pm0.36) \times 10^{-5}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. No obvious enhancement near the $\Lambda \bar{\Lambda}$ production threshold or excited $\Lambda$ state is found in the $\Lambda \phi$ (or $\bar{\Lambda}\phi$) system.

Using data samples with an integrated luminosity of $4.67~\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ collected by the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, we search for the process $e^+e^- \rightarrow \eta' \psi(2S)$ at center-of-mass energies from $4.66$ to $4.95~\mathrm{GeV}$. No significant signal is observed, and upper limits for the Born cross sections $\sigma^B(e^+e^-\rightarrow\eta'\psi(2S))$ at the 90\% confidence level are determined.

We explore the bound neutrons decay into invisible particles (e.g., $n\rightarrow 3 \nu$ or $nn \rightarrow 2 \nu$) in the JUNO liquid scintillator detector. The invisible decay includes two decay modes: $ n \rightarrow { inv} $ and $ nn \rightarrow { inv} $. The invisible decays of $s$-shell neutrons in $^{12}{\rm C}$ will leave a highly excited residual nucleus. Subsequently, some de-excitation modes of the excited residual nuclei can produce a time- and space-correlated triple coincidence signal in the JUNO detector. Based on a full Monte Carlo simulation informed with the latest available data, we estimate all backgrounds, including inverse beta decay events of the reactor antineutrino $\bar{\nu}_e$, natural radioactivity, cosmogenic isotopes and neutral current interactions of atmospheric neutrinos. Pulse shape discrimination and multivariate analysis techniques are employed to further suppress backgrounds. With two years of exposure, JUNO is expected to give an order of magnitude improvement compared to the current best limits. After 10 years of data taking, the JUNO expected sensitivities at a 90% confidence level are $\tau/B( n \rightarrow { inv} ) > 5.0 \times 10^{31} \, {\rm yr}$ and $\tau/B( nn \rightarrow { inv} ) > 1.4 \times 10^{32} \, {\rm yr}$.

Using $(27.12\pm 0.14)\times10^{8}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector, we present the first observation of the decays $\chi_{cJ}\to\Lambda\bar{\Lambda}\omega$, where $J=0, 1, 2$, with statistical significances of $11.7 \sigma, 11.2 \sigma$, and $11.8 \sigma$. The branching fractions of these decays are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c0}\to\Lambda\bar{\Lambda}\omega)=({2.37 \pm 0.22 \pm 0.23}) \times 10^{-4}$, $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}\to\Lambda\bar{\Lambda}\omega)=({1.01 \pm 0.10 \pm 0.11}) \times 10^{-4}$, and $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c2}\to\Lambda\bar{\Lambda}\omega)=({1.40 \pm 0.13 \pm 0.17}) \times 10^{-4}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic. We observe no clear intermediate structures.

Using a sample of $448.1 \times 10^6$ $\psi(2S)$ events collected with the BESIII detector, we perform a study of the decay $J/\psi\rightarrow K^+K^-$ via $\psi(2S)\rightarrow \pi^+\pi^-J/\psi$. The branching fraction of $J/\psi\rightarrow K^+K^-$ is determined to be $\mathcal{B}_{K^+K^-}=(3.072\pm 0.023({\rm stat.})\pm 0.050({\rm syst.}))\times 10^{-4}$, which is consistent with previous measurements but with significantly improved precision.

The processes $h_c\to\gamma P(P = \eta^\prime,~\eta,~\pi^0)$ are studied with a sample of $(27.12\pm0.14)\times10^{8}$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. The decay $h_{c}\rightarrow\gamma\eta$ is observed for the first time with the significance of $9.0\,\sigma$, and the branching fraction is determined to be $(3.77\pm0.55\pm0.13\pm0.26)\times10^{-4}$, while $\mathscr{B}(h_{c}\rightarrow\gamma\eta^\prime)$ is measured to be $(1.40\pm0.11\pm0.04\pm0.10)\times10^{-3}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical, the second systematic, and the third from the branching fraction of $\psi(3686)\rightarrow\pi^{0}h_c$. The combination of these results allows for a precise determination of $R_{h_c}=\frac{\mathscr{B}(h_c\rightarrow\gamma\eta)}{\mathscr{B}(h_c\rightarrow\gamma\eta^\prime)}$, which is calculated to be $(27.0\pm4.4\pm1.0)\%$. The results are valuable for gaining a deeper understanding of $\eta-\eta^\prime$ mixing, and its manifestation within quantum chromodynamics. No significant signal is found for the decay $h_c\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{0}$, and an upper limit is placed on its branching fraction of $\mathscr{B}(h_c\rightarrow\gamma\pi^{0})<5.0\times10^{-5}$, at the 90$\%$ confidence level.

We present the first search for the leptonic decays $D^{*+}\to e^+\nu_e$ and $D^{*+}\to \mu^+\nu_\mu$ by analyzing a data sample of electron-positron collisions recorded with the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.178 and 4.226 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 6.32~fb$^{-1}$. No significant signal is observed. The upper limits on the branching fractions for $D^{*+}\to e^+\nu_e$ and $D^{*+}\to \mu^+\nu_\mu$ are set to be $1.1 \times 10^{-5}$ and $4.3 \times 10^{-6}$ at 90\% confidence level, respectively.

Using 9.0 $\rm fb^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected at center-of-mass energies from 4.178 to 4.278 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, we perform the first search for the radiative transition $\chi_{c1}(3872)\to\gamma \psi_2(3823)$. No $\chi_{c1}(3872)\to\gamma \psi_2(3823)$ signal is observed. The upper limit on the ratio of branching fractions $\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}(3872)\to\gamma \psi_2(3823), \psi_2(3823)\to\gamma\chi_{c1})/\mathcal{B}(\chi_{c1}(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^- J/\psi)$ is set as 0.075 at the 90\% confidence level. Our result contradicts theoretical predictions under the assumption that the $\chi_{c1}(3872)$ is the pure charmonium state $\chi_{c1}(2P)$.

The process $e^{+}e^{-}\to p\bar{p}\pi^{0}$ is studied at 20 center-of-mass energies ranging from 2.1000 to 3.0800 GeV using 636.8 pb$^{-1}$ of data collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider. The Born cross sections for $e^{+}e^{-}\to p\bar{p}\pi^{0}$ are measured with high precision. Since the lowest center-of-mass energy, 2.1000 GeV, is less than 90 MeV above the $p\bar{p}\pi^0$ energy threshold, we can probe the threshold behavior for this reaction. However, no anomalous threshold enhancement is found in the cross sections for $e^{+}e^{-}\to p\bar{p}\pi^{0}$.

In the Standard Model, charged lepton flavor violation (CLFV) is heavily suppressed by tiny neutrino mass, while many theoretical models can enhance CLFV effects up to a detectable level. The observation of any CLFV process would be a clear signal of new physics beyond SM. BESIII experiment collected 10 billion $J/\psi$ data and searched for CLFV processes $J/\psi\to e\tau$ and $e\mu$. The upper limits at the 90% confidence level are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi\to e\tau)<7.5\times 10^{-8}$ and $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi\to e\mu)<4.5\times 10^{-9}$, respectively. Improving the previously experimental limits by two orders of magnitudes, the results are the most stringent CLFV searches in the heavy quarkonium system.

Using data samples with an integrated luminosity of $4.5~\text{fb}^{-1}$ collected by the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies ranging from 4.66 to 4.95 GeV, we study the processes of $e^+e^-\to\omega X(3872)$ and $e^+e^-\to\gamma X(3872)$. With the $e^+e^-\to\omega X(3872)$ process, the branching fraction ratio $R\equiv\frac{\mathcal{B}(X(3872)\to\gamma J/\psi)}{\mathcal{B}(X(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^- J/\psi)}$ is measured to be $0.38\pm0.20_\text{stat.}\pm0.01_\text{syst.}$ ($R< 0.83$ at 90\% confidence level). In addition, we measure the ratio of the average cross section of $e^+e^-\to\omega X(3872)$ to $e^+e^-\to\omega \chi_{c1}(\omega\chi_{c2})$ to be $\sigma_{\omega X(3872)}/\sigma_{\omega\chi_{c1}}~(\sigma_{\omega X(3872)}/\sigma_{\omega\chi_{c2}})=5.2\pm1.0_\text{stat.}\pm1.9_\text{syst.}~ (5.5\pm1.1_\text{stat.}\pm2.4_\text{syst.})$. Finally, we search for the process of $e^+e^-\to\gamma X(3872)$, and no obvious signal is observed. The upper limit on the ratio of the average cross section of $e^+e^-\to\gamma X(3872)$ to $e^+e^-\to\omega X(3872)$ is set as $\sigma_{\gamma X(3872)}/\sigma_{\omega X(3872)}<0.23$ at 90\% confidence level.

We report the first amplitude analysis of the decays $D^{0} \to \pi^{+} \pi^{-} \eta$ and $D^{+} \rightarrow \pi^{+}\pi^{0}\eta$ using a data sample taken with the BESIII detector at the center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 7.9 ${\rm fb}^{-1}$. The contribution from the process $D^{0(+)} \to a_{0}(980)^{+} \pi^{-(0)}$ is significantly larger than the $D^{0(+)} \to a_{0}(980)^{-(0)} \pi^{+}$ contribution. The ratios $\mathcal{B}(D^{0} \rightarrow a_{0}(980)^{+}\pi^{-})/\mathcal{B}(D^{0} \rightarrow a_{0}(980)^{-}\pi^{+})$ and $\mathcal{B}(D^{+} \rightarrow a_{0}(980)^{+}\pi^{0})/\mathcal{B}(D^{+} \rightarrow a_{0}(980)^{0}\pi^{+})$ are measured to be $7.5^{+2.5}_{-0.8\,\mathrm{stat.}}\pm1.7_{\mathrm{syst.}}$ and $2.6\pm0.6_{\mathrm{stat.}}\pm0.3_{\mathrm{syst.}}$, respectively. The measured $D^{0}$ ratio disagrees with the theoretical predictions by orders of magnitudes, thus implying a substantial contribution from final-state interactions.

The Born cross sections for the process $e^{+}e^{-}\to \omega\eta^{\prime}$ are measured at 22 center-of-mass energies from 2.000 to 3.080 GeV using data collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. A resonant structure is observed with a statistical significance of 9.6$\sigma$. A Breit-Wigner fit determines its mass to be $M_R=(2153\pm30\pm31)~{\rm{MeV}}/c^{2}$ and its width to be $\Gamma_{R}=(167\pm77\pm7)~\rm{MeV}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic.

We measure the Born cross section for the reaction $e^{+}e^{-} \rightarrow \eta h_c$ from $\sqrt{s} = 4.129$ to $4.600$~GeV using data sets collected by the BESIII detector running at the BEPCII collider. A resonant structure in the cross section line shape near 4.200~GeV is observed with a statistical significance of 7$\sigma$. The parameters of this resonance are measured to be \MeasMass and \MeasWidth, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic.

Using 7.33~fb$^{-1}$ of $e^{+}e^{-}$ collision data collected by the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies in the range of $\sqrt{s}=4.128 - 4.226$~GeV, we search for the rare decays $D_{s}^+\to h^+(h^{0})e^{+}e^{-}$, where $h$ represents a kaon or pion. By requiring the $e^{+}e^{-}$ invariant mass to be consistent with a $\phi(1020)$, $0.98<M(e^{+}e^{-})<1.04$ ~GeV/$c^2$, the decay $D_s^+\to\pi^+\phi,\phi\to e^{+}e^{-}$ is observed with a statistical significance of 7.8$\sigma$, and evidence for the decay $D_s^+\to\rho^+\phi,\phi\to e^{+}e^{-}$ is found for the first time with a statistical significance of 4.4$\sigma$. The decay branching fractions are measured to be $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to\pi^+\phi, \phi\to e^{+}e^{-} )=(1.17^{+0.23}_{-0.21}\pm0.03)\times 10^{-5}$, and $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+\to\rho^+\phi, \phi\to e^{+}e^{-} )=(2.44^{+0.67}_{-0.62}\pm 0.16)\times 10^{-5}$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second systematic. No significant signal for the three four-body decays of $D_{s}^{+}\to \pi^{+}\pi^{0}e^{+}e^{-},\ D_{s}^{+}\to K^{+}\pi^{0}e^{+}e^{-}$, and $D_{s}^{+}\to K_{S}^{0}\pi^{+}e^{+}e^{-}$ is observed. For $D_{s}^{+}\to \pi^{+}\pi^{0}e^{+}e^{-}$, the $\phi$ mass region is vetoed to minimize the long-distance effects. The 90$\%$ confidence level upper limits set on the branching fractions of these decays are in the range of $(7.0-8.1)\times 10^{-5}$.

We search for the hadronic decay $\eta_c(2S)\to 2(\pi^+\pi^-)$ in the $\psi(3686)\to\gamma\eta_c(2S)$ radiative decay using $(27.12\pm 0.14)\times 10^8$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected by the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. No significant signal is found, and the upper limit of $\mathcal{B}[\psi(3686)\to\gamma\eta_c(2S)]\mathcal{B}[\eta_c(2S)\to 2(\pi^+\pi^-)]$ is determined to be $0.78\times 10^{-6}$ at the 90\% confidence level. Using $\psi(3686)\to\gamma\chi_{cJ}$ transitions, we also measure the branching fractions of $\mathcal{B}[\chi_{cJ(J=0,1,2)}\to 2(\pi^+\pi^-)]$, which are $\mathcal{B}[\chi_{c0}\to 2(\pi^+\pi^-)]=(2.127\pm 0.002~(\mathrm{stat.})\pm 0.101~(\mathrm{syst.}))$\%, $\mathcal{B}[\chi_{c1}\to 2(\pi^+\pi^-)]=(0.685\pm 0.001~(\mathrm{stat.})\pm 0.031~\mathrm{syst.}))$\%, and $\mathcal{B}[\chi_{c2}\to 2(\pi^+\pi^-)]=(1.153\pm 0.001~(\mathrm{stat.})\pm 0.063~(\mathrm{syst.}))$\%.

We search for the di-photon decay of a light pseudoscalar axion-like particle, $a$, in radiative $J/\psi$ decays, using 10 billion $J/\psi$ events collected with the BESIII detector. We find no evidence of a signal and set upper limits at the $95\%$ confidence level on the product branching fraction $\mathcal{B}(J/\psi \to \gamma a) \times \mathcal{B}(a \to \gamma \gamma)$ and the axion-like particle photon coupling constant $g_{a \gamma \gamma}$ in the ranges of $(3.7-48.5) \times 10^{-8}$ and $(2.2 -101.8)\times 10^{-4}$ GeV$^{-1}$, respectively, for $0.18 \le m_a \le 2.85$ GeV/$c^2$. These are the most stringent limits to date in this mass region.

Based on $(2.712\pm0.014)\times10^9$ $\psi(3686)$ events collected by the BESIII collaboration, evidence of the hadronic decay $h_c\to K_S^0K^+\pi^-+c.c.$ is found with a significance of $4.3\sigma$ in the $\psi(3686)\to\pi^0 h_c$ process. The branching fraction of $h_c\to K_S^0 K^+\pi^- +c.c.$ is measured to be $(7.3\pm0.8\pm1.8)\times10^{-4}$, where the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively. Combining with the exclusive decay width of $\eta_c\to K\bar{K}\pi$, our result indicates inconsistencies with both pQCD and NRQCD predictions.

Six $C$-even states, denoted as $X$, with quantum numbers $J^{PC}=0^{-+}$, $1^{\pm+}$, or $2^{\pm+}$, are searched for via the $e^+e^-\to\gamma D_{s}^{\pm}D_{s}^{*\mp}$ process using $(1667.39\pm8.84)~\mathrm{pb}^{-1}$ of $e^+e^-$ collision data collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII storage ring at center-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}=(4681.92\pm0.30)~\mathrm{MeV}$. No statistically significant signal is observed in the mass range from $4.08$ to $4.32~\mathrm{GeV}/c^{2}$. The upper limits of $\sigma[e^+e^- \to \gamma X] \cdot \mathcal{B}[X \to D_{s}^{\pm} D_{s}^{*\mp}]$ at a $90\%$ confidence level are determined.

Using $e^+ e^-$ collision data collected at the BESIII detector at center-of-mass energies between 4.128 and 4.226 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $7.33~{\rm fb}^{-1}$, we determine the absolute branching fractions of fifteen hadronic $D_s^{+}$ decays with a double-tag technique. In particular, we make precise measurements of the branching fractions $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+ \to K^+ K^- \pi^+)=(5.49 \pm 0.04 \pm 0.07)\%$, $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+ \to K_S^0 K^+)=(1.50 \pm 0.01 \pm 0.01)\%$ and $\mathcal{B}(D_s^+ \to K^+ K^- \pi^+ \pi^0)=(5.50 \pm 0.05 \pm 0.11)\%$, where the first uncertainties are statistical and the second ones are systematic. The \emphCP asymmetries in these decays are also measured and all are found to be compatible with zero.

By analyzing $e^+e^-$ annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 $\rm fb^{-1}$ collected at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the \textBESIII detector, the first observation of the semileptonic decays $D^0\rightarrow K_S^0\pi^-\pi^0 e^+ \nu_e$ and $D^+\rightarrow K_S^0\pi^+\pi^- e^+ \nu_e$ is reported. With a dominant hadronic contribution from $K_1(1270)$, the branching fractions are measured to be $\mathcal{B}(D^0\rightarrow {K}_1(1270)^-(\to K^0_S\pi^-\pi^0)e^+\nu_e)=(1.69^{+0.53}_{-0.46}\pm0.15)\times10^{-4}$ and $\mathcal{B}(D^+\to \bar{K}_1(1270)^0(\to K^0_S\pi^+\pi^-)e^+\nu_e)=(1.47^{+0.45}_{-0.40}\pm0.20)\times10^{-4}$ with statistical significance of 5.4$\sigma$ and 5.6$\sigma$, respectively. When combined with measurements of the $K_1(1270)\to K^+\pi^-\pi$ decays, the absolute branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(D^0\to K_1(1270)^-e^+\nu_e)=(1.05^{+0.33}_{-0.28}\pm0.12\pm0.12)\times10^{-3}$ and $\mathcal{B}(D^+\to \bar{K}_1(1270)^0e^+\nu_e)=(1.29^{+0.40}_{-0.35}\pm0.18\pm0.15)\times10^{-3}$. The first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively, and the third uncertainties originate from the assumed branching fractions of the $K_1(1270)\to K\pi\pi$ decays.

The energy-dependent cross section for $e^+e^-\to \eta\psi(2S)$ is measured at eighteen center of mass energies from 4.288 GeV to 4.951 GeV using the BESIII detector. Using the same data samples, we also perform the first search for the reaction $e^+e^-\to\eta\tilde{X}(3872)$, but no evidence is found for the $\tilde{X}(3872)$ in the $\pi^+\pi^- J/\psi$ mass distribution. At each of the eighteen center of mass energies, upper limits at the 90\% confidence level on the cross section for $e^+e^-\to\eta\psi(2S)$ and on the product of the $e^+e^-\to\eta\tilde{X}(3872)$ cross section with the branching fraction of $\tilde{X}(3872)\to\pi^+\pi^- J/\psi$ are reported.

Using the $e^+e^-$ collision data collected with the BESIII detector operating at the BEPCII collider, at center-of-mass energies from the threshold to $4.95$~GeV, we present precise measurements of the cross sections for the process $e^+e^-\to D_s^+D_s^-$ using a single tag method. The resulting cross section lineshape exhibits several new structures, thereby offering an input for coupled channel analysis and model tests, which are critical to understand vector charmonium-like states with masses between 4 and 5~GeV.
