An auto-treadmill for heart rate rehabilitation is needed in hospital. It is necessary to obtain
the human heart rate model for designing a controller. Signal compression method based
modeling strategy is proposed to get pseudo impulse response for obtaining the transfer
function of linear part of target system from the relation of auto-treadmill speed to human
