I got you covered! 😉 If you’re aiming for a solid lower body glutes and legs session, here are the details of my workout: - Glute Kickbacks: 4x40 (20 each side, I’m wearing 4lb ankle weights) - Goblet Squats: 4x15 - Glute Bridge: 4x20 - Fire Hydrants: 4x20 (10 each side) - RDLs: 4x15 Took me around 40 minutes, focusing on one exercise at a time (and remember to take your time and focus on form! 🤗) Enjoy!! 🫶🏼 #homeworkout
