Patsy is the secondary antagonist of the 1982 Canadian-American thriller film Class of 1984.

She was portrayed by Lisa Langlois.

What Makes Her Pure Evil?[]

• She is the girlfriend of Peter Stegman and a member of his violent Neo-Nazi gang, acting as the most involved of the gang, taking part in their criminal activities and in bullying other students and her relationship with Peter is one out of mutual sadism and perversion not true love at all.
• She is a perverted sadist who takes pleasure in violence and recruits girls to serve as drug dealers or prostitutes to the gang, taking enjoyment in making them strip naked and sexually service the gang members.
• She taunts Andy Norris along with the other gang members when he joins the school and attempts to teach the class.
• She steals the faculty roster book to get Andy's address and goes with the gang to Andy's house where they squirt prop blood in his face to taunt him and on a later trip to his house, they blow up his car.
• When recruiting a girl named Sally, she requests that Peter makes her strip naked and has her sexually service Fallon, taking perverted pleasure in doing this.
• Tries to distract Andy by physically harassing him, while the gang deals drugs to another student Jimmy, while he is with his friend Arthur. Because of this, Jimmy later accidentally falls to his death after climbing a flagpole, as a result from the drug's effects messing with his brain.
• She and the gang pursue Arthur and another student, Deneen, to make them keep quiet about the incident. She helps to threaten Deneen and holds a broken bottle to her, any further violence only being stopped by Andy and Terry Coogan, who are both hurt in the process.
• She participates with the gang in skinning the animals in Terry's class alive.
• She is compliant when the gang makes Vinnie stab Arthur to prove himself and watches as it happens.
• When Terry suffers a mental breakdown due to what the gang had done, he goes after Peter and after he is killed when his car crashes and explodes, Patsy gleefully mocks his death.
• She goes with the gang to Andy's house where Peter and the others gang-rape Andy's wife, Diane while Patsy takes a photo of the rape and watches, taking sadistic perverted enjoyment in the horrific act.
• She comes to school and and delivers the photo of the rape to Andy to taunt him and lure him into coming after her, so that the gang attack and kill him.
• She sadistically watches as the gang beats up Andy and prepares to kill him.
• She takes part in the attack on Andy by throwing a model skeleton at him which would have hurt him badily.
• She attempts to run over Andy with a car, accidentally causing the death of fellow gang member Barnyard in the process.
• As she is dying, Andy intimidates her into giving up the location of Peter and Diane, showing that Patsy had no true care for Peter and was willing to give him up as soon as she was threatened.
