Hi!

I am Sarah, but I also go by SG. I am passionate about creating amazing events that connect communities. As so much of life is now digital (love that!) I believe live events are more important than ever and are the glue that binds us all. My life in events start at a tiny arts non-profit crafting community-based events for groups of 15-2000. I eventually transitioned to conference production and experiential marketing working on events such as TED, Summit, and Cannes Lions. Today, I am Event Producer with Automattic where I work on events for the WordPress community.

When I’m not working you can find me exploring nature with my dog Artichoke, in the kitchen trying to out a new recipe, or looking for new friends to play boardgames with.

I’m relatively new to the WordPress community but I’m excited to be here.
