Bio

I’m a blogger, YouTuber, and agricultural graduate from Darwha, Yavatmal. Farming’s my passion, and I’m all about helping fellow farmers through my blog, AmhiKastkar.

On my YouTube channel, with 3,795,000 subscribers, I share insights on agriculture in Marathi. My goal? Empowering farmers with practical tips and useful info.

I’m also a big fan of WordPress! I attend WordCamps regularly to stay connected and learn. I’m always eager to improve my skills and stay up-to-date with what’s happening in the WordPress world.

WordPress Origin Story

I found WordPress after trying out MyWapBlog and Blogger. While watching YouTube, I discovered WordPress and liked its customization options. I shifted my first blog from Blogger to WordPress and used free hosting on Google Cloud.

What got me into WordPress was its easy customization, simple interface, and good security. My first project on WordPress was a blog for my YouTube channel, started in 2019.

At first, paying for hosting was tough. I solved it by using free credits from Google Cloud. It made me appreciate WordPress even more.

My proudest moment was speaking about my YouTube journey at WordCamp Nagpur in 2022. WordPress helped me connect with more people and boosted my confidence.

WordPress changed my personal and professional life. I met experts and made new connections. I love going to WordCamps and customizing WordPress.

I help the WordPress community by spending six hours a week on the Photos and Polyglots teams. I want to do more in the community.
