However, Allison faces a double dilemma. The Deafbot would not understand or translate words to American Sign Language (ASL) in spite of many tried strategies, and Vivian becomes more and more impatient as the deadline becomes more imminent with the success of USA's first Deafbot. Will dumb luck or Allison's persistence with figuring out the glitches on the DEAFBOT pay off at the end--for the better or for worse? Life has its unexpected twists and turns.
