This Wigglytuff is a normal-type Pokémon owned by Neesha.

Biography[]

Neesha introduced Wigglytuff and the rest of her Pokémon her Pokémon to Ash Ketchum and his friends. Afterwards, Wigglytuff was captured by Mewtwo's Mewtwo Ball, but later freed along with the other captured Pokémon by Ash. Wigglytuff then battled against its clone.
