Michael's first Pokémon is Eevee, whom he inherited from his father. Michael goes on a journey to stop the crime syndicate Cipher and their goal to take over the world using Shadow Pokémon, most notably XD001.

Michael is entrusted with the Snag Machine by Professor Krane, giving him the ability to snag Shadow Pokémon from their owners and purify them by opening their hearts, converting them back into regular Pokémon. Aidan gives Michael five Poké Balls to start snagging Pokémon. After that, Cipher kidnaps Professor Krane, leading Michael to follow them to save the professor.

Trivia[]

  • Michael appears to be ambidextrous due to the fact that he throws a Snag Ball with his left hand, but when throwing a regular Poké Ball (when catching wild Pokémon or sending out his own), he throws with his right.
