This Celebi is a psychic/grass-type Legendary Mythical Pokémon that was owned by Ruby.

Biography[]

This Celebi was once Ruby's Pokémon that he kept as a secret until the final chapters of the series. He caught in back when he was still in Johto and admitted that he never uses it because of its mysterious powers. It had its unofficial debut back in the first few chapters of the Ruby and Sapphire arc where it was released to battle the wild Seviper that injured Sapphire and it was never seen again until the end chapters of the arc where it helped Ruby and Sapphire gain access to Mirage Island.
