My Venison Queso. Season 2 lbs browned ground venison with 1 tbls chili powder and 1 tsp ground cumin. Add 1 10 oz can Rotel and 2 small cans green chilies. Cube 2 lbs Queso velveeta, 8 oz Neufchâtel cheese, shred 1 cup cheddar. Add cheeses to meat mixture. Heat over low temp to melt cheeses. Enjoy!
