It’s great as a sandwich melt or perfect for meal prep! ✨Ingredients✨ 3 1/2 - 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped 1/3 cup pickles, chopped 1/2 cup sweet onions, finely diced salt and pepper to taste 1-2 tbsp fresh dill 1 tbsp pickle juice (optional) 3/4 cup mayo or Greek yogurt (I like to use half and half) 1/3-1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce (I used franks) 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste ✨Instruction✨ Add the chopped chicken (I put mine in the food processor to get it nice and chopped) and the rest of the ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Mix until well combined. Garnish with fresh dill if desired. Serve on bread, in a lettuce wrap, on top of a green salad
