Bulgogi Meatballs served with rice and kimchi. Here's everything I love about Korean BBQ - but super kid friendly. These meatballs have a ton of veggies snuck into them and guess what, my kids ate them all! Which tells me it's a winner. My taste testers are THE harshest critics.

RECIPE: Mix 1lb grassfed ground beef (@5280meat) with 1T @flavorgod Spicy, 1/2t Pink S+P, and 1/2c chopped kimchi. Roll into balls. Heat cast iron skillet on med-high until hot. Add 1T @omgheebutter. Add meatballs and brown one side for a few minutes then turn over, cover with lid and turn heat down to med-low. Cook for approx 6 min and check one to see if it's just about done (still a little pink). Take off heat. Pop under broiler to brown top more and serve over zoodles with MORE kimchi
