I’m not putting myself on the back burner, my kids have healthy snacks, lunches are easier to pack, and we are all eating high quality food with less food wasted.  I got burnt out with meal prep after doing it for years but this makes it seem way more manageable and there are always options to grab.  Always PREP Fruits and veggies.
