27 - 29 May 2020 in London, UK #uxlondon Event website
Bringing the UX community together.
UX London 2020 will return to beautiful Trinity Laban, Greenwich from Wednesday 27th to Friday 29th May. Designed by the architects behind the Turbine Hall and Beijing Olympic Stadium, the RIBA Award-winning Trinity Laban is the perfect setting for three days of pure UX inspiration.
A programme tailored to you: each day of the conference focusses on a specific area of UX. Day One focuses on designing amazing products that deliver value to your customers and your business. How do you conceive user-centred products and bring them to market? And once those products have launched, how do you continue to improve them through a Lean, Design-Measure-Learn process?
Day Two is about taking your customer experience to the next level, by unlocking the power of user centred design. How do you keep on track with current trends whilst ensuring that people are at the centre of the design process? From field research to service design, we’ll look at the best ways you and your team can develop powerful empathy with your users.
Day Three is all about looking at the new tools, technologies, and interaction trends shaping our future work. Where will the rise of AI take us? Are conversational interfaces the next frontier? How can we adapt to ever changing consumer expectations? We hope to answer these big questions and more.
UX London is a Clearleft event. We’re a strategic design & innovation consultancy based in sunny Brighton by the sea (Brighton, England, that is!). Our team of industry–leading strategists, design thinkers, technologists and innovators work inside global brands to help design leaders get the most from their products, services & teams. Human–centered design is, and always has been, central to the Clearleft philosophy.
