A lower level remodel transformed a family home, enhancing their at-home wellness features with a gym and Finnleo custom free-standing sauna.

Kari Campbell’s (owner of Kari Campbell Interiors, LLC) unfinished lower level was recently remodeled into a beautiful & well-designed space for her family to enjoy time together and entertaining friends. Off to the side of the lower level kitchen/bar area, modern black sliding doors with glass windows open into an exercise room with a custom Finnleo sauna, providing the family an at-home gym & spa. The sauna has become a regular part of their workout routines.

One of the main benefits of saunas is it relieves stress. Scientifically speaking, the heat in the sauna helps our body to relax and controls the level of cortisol in our blood. So yes, having a sauna room in your house is really beneficial for all the members of the family.
