Military cards

Thank you to our military heroes. This patriotic card was created with the Stampin Up Camouflage* background stamp. This is part of the heroes segment in my series featuring the Stampin' Up Suit and Tie dies. This card could easily be altered to turn into a "hunter" card for the hunter in your life. *Note the Camouflage stamp is retiring and will no longer be available after May 3.

I love all things Patriotic, red, white and blue, Americana...you get the picture. My husband bought me this stamp when we were in TX and every time I use it, I think of him :) So I love using it. Used my star punch to punch out three stars, I was originally going to just leave them where the white would show through, but I am horrible with little or no dimension. My cousin has requested some Veterans Day cards for her late husband's Vietnam buddies. This is one of the designs that I used. The embossing folder is from Cuttlebug, the image was stamped first using Night of Navy and then colored in with Night of Navy Stampin' Blends to give it a more solid image.
