This is a charming late 19th/early 20th century Venetian secretary bookcase. The drop front Secretaire-Bookcase is hand painted in acanthus leaves over a pale green base. The secretaire section features two small drawers and three arched cubbies. The bookcase is designed with a double-domed pediment above four shelves.
