Okay, I thought I would try a technique I saw on Pinterest and Facebook earlier using plastic soda bottles to make bracelets. I used mod-pauge to layer both paper and fabric on the inside. I used Stickles for the borders. Wonder Woman is the fabric and the Loteria is the paper.
