"I Love You, Love You, Love You" is an unaired Sesame Street song, originally intended to be recorded for Episode 3469.
Zoe kicks off the song, which is a simple tune she likes to sing to her doll Mimi (as well as her daddy) about how she likes to say "I love you" to those she holds dear. She is joined in close company by her pals Elmo and Lexine and soon, the rest of the residents of the street are singing it to their loved ones, including the Robinson and Rodriguez families, Big Bird to Radar, Rosita to Oscar (much to his dismay), Linda to Barkley, Snuffy to Alice, Wolfgang to a fish, and Slimey to Sloppy.
The first draft of the song had Elmo singing the lead vocals (while playing his little piano). While the song was not recorded, the melody was reworked and repurposed for the song "Poconoko" a couple of seasons later.
