	SCENE 1	Everyone is setting up for a festival in the town square today. Big Bird offers his services to Luis, who is installing some speakers. Luis suggests Big Bird keep others away while they set up the event. Big Bird calls out loudly for people to steer clear, but because he can't speak the language, he winds up attracting a crowd instead.

	Muppets	Ernie & Bert — Bert expects a visit from his identical twin brother Bart. Ernie notes that they're alike in many ways, but their major difference is that Bart has a sense of humor. (First: Episode 0594)

	SCENE 2	The festival is underway. Oscar and Osvaldo wonder why they bothered to come and spot a stand covered with old junk. They find the items are not for sale and the vendor shows how he uses them to make a toy top. The Grouches anguish at a waste of perfectly good trash.

	Muppets	Ernie & Bert — Ernie comes home to a sleeping Bert and tries to think of things to do that won't wake him up. He can't watch TV, and he can't play with his ball. Bored, he decides to take a nap too -- but then he starts to snore. This awakens Bert, who wonders out loud where the noise is coming from, in the process arousing Ernie, who gets mad at being woken up. (First: Episode 0280)
	Cartoon	A man explains that the letter E begins both Enter and Exit. Another man named Roy runs through the doors. (First: Episode 0406)
	SCENE 6	The festival is winding down, as the band plays and the people dance. Maria is sad that her trip back home is practically over, then pulls David onto the dance floor to show him how a plena is done. The rest of the gang follows.
	SCENE 6 cont'd	Big Bird announces the sponsors through the loudspeakers, and the credits roll over the town square while the band continues playing. Oscar announces the CTW slogan through the loudspeakers as well. ("Get me outta here!")
	CLOSING SIGNS	The signs appear over a shot of the plaza at night, aglow in lights.
