I haven't been here long on this site, compared to everyone else. When I came to StackOverflowStack Overflow, I heard of moderators getting fired and whatnot, and I saw that Tim had been there for quite a while whilst going thru MSE and MSO.

It's hard to explain, but it's like seeing someone who you've encountered all over MSE suddenly go. (in fact, that is what it is).

We've never interacted or anything, but the way I saw it, he was not going to get fired soon. As soon as I saw this post on featured, for some reason I remembered someone losing their keyssomeone losing their keys ;)

I really feel sad to see people go in general, and this is no exception.
