Wrigley was a Human man, the proprietor of Wrigley's Pleasure Planet in the 2260s.

He was balding and dressed theatrically with a thick blue cape. He had a habit of secretly recording his business dealings.

History[]

Wrigley stated that his family had been running the planet for five generations.

His comment seemed to contradict FASA RPG module: The Federation, which cited Wrigley's Pleasure Planet as having been acquired and built in the early 2260s. Wrigley could have been exaggerating, or his family may have operated previous facilities elsewhere under the same business name.

In the 2260s, after discovering an Andrea android serving as a hostess on Wrigley's Pleasure Planet, Captain James T. Kirk confronted Wrigley. Wrigley confessed that he had purchased 16 Andrea androids, his most popular hostess, from Kirk's brother — who turned out to be Harry Mudd, disguised with Kirk's face.
