Stavos Keniclius

Stavos Keniclius was an Augment who operated on Earth in the Eugenics Wars period. In 1994, he commanded Augment Alliance forces in North Africa and negotiated with Nathan Archer, the great-grandfather of Jonathan Archer, to allow children to be evacuated from a school in a war zone. (ST - Strange New Worlds 9 short story: "The Rules of War")

Keniclius eventually left Earth and settled on the planet Phylos II. His clone, Stavos Keniclius 5, was discovered there by the crew of the USS Enterprise under James T. Kirk in 2269. (TAS episode & Log Two novelization: The Infinite Vulcan)
