Gorn Hegemony insignia - STC Academy

Emblem of the Gorn Hegemony.

The Imperator of the Gorn Hegemony was the head of state and head of government of the Gorn Hegemony. (ST - Destiny novel: Mere Mortals)

History[]

In the 23rd century, the leader of the Gorn Hegemony was the Gorn King. (TOS video game: Klingon Academy)

In 2381, Imperator Sozzerozs condemned Federation President Nanietta Bacco's "compulsory summit" of foreign ambassadors to shore up support for the Federation's war with the Borg Collective, noting that Gorn Ambassador Zogozin might try to eat President Bacco or a member of the Federation Cabinet. (ST - Destiny novel: Mere Mortals)

Imperator Sozzerozs brought the Gorn Hegemony into the Typhon Pact later in 2381. (ST - Typhon Pact novels: Plagues of Night, Raise the Dawn, TNG - Cold Equations novel: Silent Weapons, ST - The Fall novel: Revelation and Dust)

In an alternate timeline, the Hegemony was headed by a Gorn King again by 2384, King Xrathis. (STO novel: The Needs of the Many)
