Dinaal IV or simply Dinaal in the Delta Quadrant was a planet which is densely populated by the Dinaali species. Their complex healthcare system is managed by the Jye species who operate massive hospital ships that float above the over-populated Dinaali cities. (VOY episode: "Critical Care")
