See Brady for other articles with titles that contain, either by relationship or by coincidence, this character's surname.

Brady was a 23rd century Human man. He served in Starfleet as a relief helmsman aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise in the 2260s under the command of Captain James T. Kirk.

Biography[]

In 2267, while Pavel Chekov was in command, he and Brady maintained the ship's position between two distant beam-down sites on Rimillia by breaking orbit and using impulse engines, a challenging maneuver. When a volley of torpedoes was fired from the surface, Chekov ordered evasive maneuvers. Brady used maximum thrust, but two blasts struck the shields, and Brady was forced to use warp speed to evade the torpedoes. (TOS novel: Twilight's End)

In 2268, during the Enterprise's visit to Prastor, Brady took over after Hikaru Sulu was seemingly killed on Prastor. (TOS novel: Mudd in Your Eye)
