Tommy worked at Wilson Family Seafood and was employed by Sarah Wilson. When Sam Wilson arrived, he walked over to Tommy, who handed him a bucket of fish that he had caught.[1] Later, Tommy got a call from Sam, asking to return to favor that he owed Paul and Darlene Wilson. Tommy arrived to help the Wilson's fix their boat. He and Carlos brought a piece of a boat to him and Sam thanked them. Bucky Barnes then arrived, using his strength to pick up the item.[2] Later, Wilson returned having become the new Captain America. In celebration, the town held a party that Tommy attended.[3]
