The Salem Seven was a hive-minded coven of witches and the children of the Salemites.

In 1693, upon Agatha Harkness execution of the Salemites, she spared the children of the coven. However, over time, these children grew resentful and vengeful, eventually forming the Salem Seven with the goal of exacting revenge on Harkness.[1]

Centuries later in November 2026, the Salem Seven were informed of Agatha Harkness' whereabouts by Rio Vidal. Crow, Rat, and Coyote acted as scouts to monitor Harkness' activities, and they made their move when Harkness' coven was reciting the "Ballad of the Witches' Road" at her house. They launched a surprise attack, storming into the basement, but Teen was able to warn the coven members in time and they escaped down the Witches' Road.[2]
Ambush on Agatha Harkness' Coven[]
The Salem Seven were undeterred by their failure; they managed to enter the Witches' Road by exploiting the summoning spell used to open a "door" for a green witch. The Seven caught up with Agatha Harkness' Coven after they had completed the Protection Witch Trial, pursuing them relentlessly, with Owl catching Teen off guard during the chase. Despite the Salem Sevenâs ruthless pursuit, the coven managed to evade capture once again, narrowly escaping their enemies into their next trial.[1]
Final Move[]
The Salem Seven fall toward the ceiling
The Salem Seven reappeared shortly after, chasing part of Agatha Harkness' Coven through the caves underneath the Witches' Road. Evading them and helping Agatha Harkness and Teen, revealed to be Billy Maximoff, finish the Divination Witch Trial, which consisted of a ceiling of blades slowly descending on the coven, Lilia Calderu ushered the coven out of the trial room before locking the door behind them.
The Salem Seven are impaled on swords
The Salem Seven began to enter the room while Lilia warned them that a witch staying behind after a trial was dangerous and had disastrous results. As they began to move, Lilia grabbed the reversed Tower tarot card from the trial and flipped it right side up, causing the trial room to invert. Calderu and the Salem Seven plummeted into the swords on the ceiling, killing them all and bringing their vengeful pursuit to an end.[3]
