The Jupiter Research Base was a laboratory used by the Vulcan Sector of the Enclave to create Earthquake Bombs.
History[]
The Enclave set up the Jupiter Research Base in New York City and used it for the Vulcan Sector, the weather manipulation sector. They created several Earthquake Bombs and planned to deploy them around the city. However, Rick Jones found out about the plan and disarmed the bombs with the Hulk. Jones and Hulk then went to the Jupiter Research Base and destroyed the generators which created a shield protecting the lab. Several soldiers and Barbaria, but Hulk was able to defeat them and destroy the lab.[1]

- Although Jupiter is the name of another sector of the Enclave, it was the Vulcan Sector which used the base for their weather manipulating Earthquake Bombs.
