Michael Farrel (Earth-616)

Mike Farrel was a firefighter that lived in Steven Rogers's building. He was introduced to Steve by Joshua Cooper^[1] and the two quickly became friends, with Mike even introducing Steve to Bernie Rosenthal.^[2]

When a real estate developer hired the villain Blockbuster to torch the building in front of their aparments Mike and his team intervened but his collegue Sam died in the fire. He later helped Captain America capture Blockbuster but when he learned that he was Sam's killer he got furious and needed to be restrained by the police.^[3]

• Hand-to-Hand Combat: Mike was an able hand-to-hand combatant.^[4]
• Medicine: Mike was trained in first aid.^[4]

• Brain Tumor: Mike suffered from a brain tumor that impaired his judgement.^[4]

• Facsimile of Captain America's Shield: As Super-Patriot he used a facsimile of Captain America's shield that he obtained from the Tinkerer.^[5][4]
